I recently had the pleasure of staying at Oporto Charming Cedofeita and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The journey began with a delightful surprise - the entrance is a captivating blue door that leads to a world of comfort and elegance. As I stepped inside, I was greeted by a charming wooden staircase that led to the reception area, where the incredibly friendly Jurema awaited our arrival, even though we were a bit late. Upon receiving our keys, we were directed to our haven for the duration of our stay - room 4, nestled on the third floor. Ascending the solid wood stairs felt like stepping into a grand mansion, though there was no elevator. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and space, providing ample room for three occupants. The bathroom was an absolute marvel, impressing with its impeccable cleanliness and a generously sized skylight that bathed the room in natural light during the day, eliminating the need for artificial lighting. The provision of large towels, with the option to change them upon request, was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort of the stay. In a world where staying connected is crucial, I was pleased to find that the Wi-Fi at Oporto Charming Cedofeita worked flawlessly, allowing me to stay in touch with loved ones and plan my daily adventures without any hassle. The hotel's central location is yet another feather in its cap. Situated conveniently in the heart of the city, we found ourselves exploring Porto on foot with ease. The absence of a need for a metro card was a blessing, as we took leisurely walks early in the morning and returned late at night, reveling in the sense of safety that surrounded us. I eagerly await my next Porto trip, with Oporto Charming Cedofeita stay enhancing my anticipation. The comfort, aesthetics, and warm hospitality by Jurema and the staff made me feel valued. I'll undoubtedly choose to return here.

We we're welcomed very well and found all we needed in this place. Breakfast was served in a cute picknick basket and was more than enough. The suite was a real spacious room for 3 with a separate bedroom for our son. Staff was really friendly when we needed something.

Sometimes the street gives a little bit more noise, like in the city, if you're sleeping on the street side. The building is nice but as it's an old building, some minor things needed fixing, but not something that bothered us.

The staffs are very friendly, special thanks to Ana who greeted me at the reception. She helped me checked in and out and recommended local food and places to go during my stay. The building is beautiful and the location is good, walking distance or 10 mins bolt to the downtown area(bolt is quite cheap here too).

We didn't spend much time in the building cuz we were out most of the time. The room might be not that sound proof and the bathroom is a bit small. But besides these, everything is quite nice.

Location was wonderful, within walking distance of many lovely restaurants and bars for dinner and drinks. Walking downtown was easier than coming back again because of the sloping streets 😉 Air conditioning was lovely; coming back into a cooler room and sleeping in it after a hot day in the city was very comfortable! Host Jurema was very friendly!

Breakfast was lovely (so was the presentation!) but no variety during our 3 mornings. Maybe a change (every other day, like on Monday, Wednesday, Friday?) in the offered bread might be considered? No eggs, we didn't know if we could ask for any. No coffee in the room, only a small number of tea bags. 4 clothes hangers in the closet was a bit minimalistic for a double room. I must admit we didn't ask about replenishment. You need to ask for clean towels etc.

The manager , Jurema I think her name was, was exceptionally helpful, supportive and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional and just the job for those of us who prefer a good continental breakfast of yoghurt , juice , fruit , croissant etc. There was a nice aesthetic presentational touch of each persons breakfast being presented in an individual lidded basket. The hotel was very conveniently located for the old city.

The room was very nice. There was noise related to other occupants but this is to be expected in an older classic building. The breakfast was fantastic and the person who managed the place even accommodated us with a breakfast an hour earlier than scheduled. The location was within walking distance from Ribeira Square and very easy to find when driving. The parking arraignments was close and the cost was very reasonable. Overall, we loved this place and would definitely go back.

We did hear other tenants when they accessed their own rooms but this is really to be expected with an old building but really nothing to be concerned about. I am only listing it to make sure everyone knows what to be expected. Fantastic place and well worth the money.

The location was good - quick drive to the river-front. The rooms were lovely and serviced each day with tea and coffee facilities and bottled water. There is also a fridge in each room. Breakfast is available if pre-booked at €10 and there is nearby free parking if pre-booked and available. Staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Is not that i “didn’t like” because all the pros are way more than the cons, but as an observation: When someone walks in common areas or room beside the floor shakes, and between rooms is not really soundproof, however we had respectful neighbours so no issue About check in to be considered that is not a 24 hs reception place so you will have to manage with the host the entrance if out of their timing, for us was not an issue because communication was excellent Location is quiet to rest, however you will have to walk for a while, not too much, to reach to the tourist places

Location a bit but not far away from Porto Douja riverside, but allows walking excercise on a city holiday. Staff provided simple but excellent breakfast basket. Quiet area and many restaurants reachable in main center. Got good advice on how to travel between hotel and train station/airport.

Reception might be open somewhat more in morning session, but staff provided still good advice at arrival. Expected a larger hotel but OK for me.

The room was big , clean and comfortable.Breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is ok not far from the center. Added value the parking space especially for us who traveling by car. Be ready for the stairs! A small suggestion is to add a big table near the fridge. will be very helpful. Thank you.
