location was great, loved easy access to the market and the historical center, room size fantastic, we were three people and the additional bed basically got their own room with how it was laid out. staff was so friendly and helpful, felt very safe with doors and elevator to the rooms needing card access

the mattresses were a little weird in the rooms, the shower was a bit too small for the shower head and water was running everywhere. could have used a bit more windows and natural light. there was an italian family staying next door to us and their children would not stop banging against walls and jumping up and down the beds, it was rather disturbing first thing in the morning

Very good location in the center of porto, 5 minuets walk from the metro. The stuff was very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Windows block the noise from the outside. Close to the market and supermarkets. Lots of restaurants around

The bathroom was not clean and there was hair. The room is small, the sink is outside the bathroom next to the bed. Decoration of a cheap hostel. Too expensive for this kind of room. Breakfast was poor compairing to other Ibis hotels that I'v been in

Brilliant hotel! :) The staff are so welcoming and helpful, they answered any queries we had and were able to change us to a twin room. Very friendly vibe, no problems with noise. Location is great too, everything within walking distance. Uber to the airport only cost 13€ and you can take the metro too.

The only awkward thing is the shower screen being quite small, it’s impossible not to get the bathroom floor wet.

Location is very convenient to see all the attractions. Close to the mercado do Bolhão and 3 supermarkets. Breakfast is served at 6:30 which is extremely convenient if you have more traveling early in the morning. Included scrambled and boiled eggs, pancakes machine, all the ingredients for a sandwich, cereal, etc. Rooms might be small but if you are the kind of traveler who needs the hotel just to sleep then it’s perfect and very clean. Very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out.

The location was fantastic, 10min walk to the centre of Porto. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. We used the breakfast facilities on one of the mornings and it was really good value for money.

The room was very small and the sink is located in the bedroom area. We booked a standard double room and struggled with storage. There is nowhere to put your clothes apart from 4 hangers. There isn’t any room also for the luggage to be opened so you can access your things.

Two lifts so no problem if you’re on the sixth floor. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Excellent breakfast served from 630am - midday: breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, pastries and delicious pastel de natas. Good air con. Great black out blind. Pretty quiet.

No Netflix and I couldn’t get the screen share to work. But various satellite channels including Disney and syfy in English with Portuguese subtitles.

I appreciated how housekeeping maintained a consistently clean room. The sheets were fresh and not worn out. We had the ability to adjust the temperature without restrictions. Although the room was a bit small for two people, it was still comfortable. They go above and beyond with their security measures, ensuring that no unauthorized individuals can enter the building.

Size of the room

Breakfast excellent…lots of choice. Location excellent for centre and historic centre with easy access to metro for direct route to airport. Staff friendly and helpful. Shower…superb Television service….exceptional for a hotel.

Accepting outside temperatures were above normal for March, the temperature in the room was uncomfortable for sleeping ,24 degrees was showing on the thermostat in the room and we couldn’t regulate it.

The staffs are super nice. There is a restaurant on the 2nd floor. Once I bought I pizza from the outside but it was cool down when I back to hotel, the staff was so nice that he helped me to warm it up and provided fork and knife to me. They also work very efficient and try their best to solve my problems. It was a great experience and made me feel comfortable to stay in this hotel. I would choose to stay here next time.

The shower area doesn’t have a door or a curtain , the water will spill out to the bathroom while showering.

Great location close to local market (Bolhâo). Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Air con in room was fantastic and a must for August. Drinks in bar were reasonably priced.

Difficult to fault this place. Elevator could only fit 2-3 people comfortably. We were on 6th floor and whilst the room was very large, we only had one velux window which compromised the view.
