We had wonderful short stay in this hotel . Everything was amazing,from the first minute we arrived till we left . All team working in the hotel is super friendly , professional and helpful . Special thanks to Erica Oliveira,from moment we arrived she made us feel welcomed. All waiters in restaurant was above and beyond. Breakfast have plenty options for everyone ,so you don't feel boring . Quality of food is great as well . Room and bathroom is super clean,cozy(bed and pillows are just super super comfy )stylish ,you have everything you need . But even if you need anything else ,like us needed slippers ,you just need to ask in reception( as Erica said on our arrival - if you need anything ,we are here to help you ,just let us know)and they will help you out immediately. As well I wanted to thank for my birthday gift . After long day out was so nice to come into the room and see bottle of champagne and a cake . Thank you so much for making our stay so special and memorable!

We've just returned from a 4 night break in Porto to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. So pleased we booked into this fantastic hotel. The location couldn't be better, breakfast was great, the rooms are comfortable and a little quirky (in a good way). But it's the amazing staff that make this hotel stand out from all the others we've stayed at before. Every member of staff is friendly, helpful and seems to enjoy going the extra mile for their guests. Really, nothing is too much trouble, and they helped to make our Anniversary day special. We spoke a lot with Rogerio who provided great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants for lunches and dinners and was happy to phone to make reservations for us. We booked partly on the strength of all the positive reviews - I'd say DO believe the reviews, you won't regret it.

This property is beautiful and in a great location. we stayed in room 312 which is in the front with a balcony. Noise was not an issue at all. The room was extremely modern, comfortable, and clean with stunning views of the city. The restaurant and bar were absolutely awesome, you can definitely tell there is an attention to detail and quality with the food and drinks. I would recommend it even to people not staying at the hotel, it was that good. What really made this hotel stay amazing was the staff. I can’t say enough good things about them, from the front desk to the bar/restaurant to the housekeeping service, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Special thanks to Rogerio, he was awesome and really made our stay special and made a new FC Porto fan, Allez Porto

While the bathroom was a good size, there wasn’t much space to put toiletries, also no washcloths. I wish the AC was a little more user friendly, it was probably just me but I couldn’t figure out how to get the temperature below 22C, but that’s just a personal preference, I wouldn’t say the room temperature was uncomfortable at all.

It was our first year wedding anniversary and chose to stay at the Tapestry Hilton Hotel. I was emailing the team before we arrived and Francisca was brilliant and helped me with all my dinner reservations-which were both great choices. The tours they organised were good too, which made me feel so much better being organised. We checked into the hotel and was welcomed by the lovely and helpful Mariana. We were upgraded and Mariana managed to get us checked in earlier. Rogerio the Guest Experience manager is just fantastic and couldn’t have welcomed us more and made us feel very special for our anniversary. The team were great with recommendations for anything we needed. That evening David on reception was very kind as I asked for photos of myself and husband, he did and always had a smile even when I asked for more lol. We had drinks in the hotel before we left and they had a DJ, it was nice vibes. We came back that evening to a lovely message and custard tarts that were absolutely delicious. On Saturday evening we came back to our room and to our surprise there was a bottle of sparkling wine and maccarons. The team were so thoughtful. We had breakfast on Sunday morning, lots of choice and personally I think it is reasonable 15 euros per person. The room was spacious and very clean. An interestingly furnished hotel in a very good central location. Very good breakfast, comfortable beds. But the most important thing in a hotel is the staff, they are very friendly and helpful in every situation. It would be unfair to exclude anyone of the hotel team from the good rating but the most frequent contact we had was at the reception with Rogerio Martins who gave us many hints and tips for excursions, etc.

The bathroom taps are unusually low, so you can hardly get the toothbrush tumbler underneath to fill it. Design won out over functionality here.

The reception staff were fantastic from the moment I arrived, warm and friendly and very helpful. The breakfast's were magnificent with a great selection for all tastes though they did try to serve English tea with warm milk! The restaurant menu was good and maybe could do with a few extra dishes added but the steak was very tasty.

The outside seating area could be a little more inviting despite being on the pavement and the resident DJ on two consecutive nights put me off eating in the restaurant again.

We went to Porto for a citybreak and we only had a day and a half, so we needed to make the most of our stay. We were really glad we picked this hotel as the location is unbeatable and yet peaceful if you want to have a good night of sleep. The staff was welcoming, professional and very calm. We booked a standard queen room and we were really happy with our choice, it had everything you need and more and we even got a small balcony with a lounge chair. The breakfast was really good, they even provided fresh orange juice and the coffe from the machine was good. Thanks Se Catedral Porto for an amazing stay, we hope to be back soon.

The staff was wonderful!! Such lovely and helpful people! The location was perfect- the best in all Porto! Less than five minutes walk to the top of the bridge and to get to the main pedestrian drag and to San Bento train station. Se Catedral with the best views of the city is across the street. Ten min walk to any excellent restaurant and down to the river about 15 min. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is brand new, modern, clean and has terrific funky decor. I had a nice little balcony with enjoyable view over rooftops. I could not have been happier. Thank you!

The central location can't be beat. Easy walking distance to the Duoro and Sao Bento metro. The staff were all friendly and a special mention to the gentleman on reception (sorry, no name) who was very helpful and informative on local events. The room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend.

A few minor points the hotel could consider. (1)There was no full-length mirror in the room. (2) At breakfast, the few attendant staff members struggled to replenish food items, although working very hard.As I say these were minor and overall there was nothing to dislike.

the location is just perfect to explore Porto in its beauty. the hotel itself is amzing, the lovely interiour and style makes you never wanna leave again. breakfast is definitly the best I ever had on this hotel category and a step ahead of others. the staff extremly friendly and helpful. last but not least, a huge thank you to ROGER, guest expirience manager from the hotel. from the firt second you felt the warm welcome and makes you feel home. his carismatic friendly way to explain the hotel details, tips and hints around porto was just outstanding. I can really recommend this hotel and I will certainly choose this hotel again at my next visit.
