The location is most convenient, about 5-10 minute walk from the airport, it is possible to take a luggage trolley and walk all the way to the hotel. The room is relatively small, and the facilities are relatively basic - but fair and suitable for an overnight stay near the airport. The hotel is right next to a very busy road with a constant stream of cars but has a little nice garden with tables for breakfast, which is excellent and recommended. We stayed in a summer and instead of using air conditioning kept a window open, this was noisy.

There is no lift, this could be a problem for some. Location is not particularly attractive but fine for an overnight stay. All the restaurants nearby were closed, and airport facilities were the best option. No food is otherwise available in the evening.

The front desk staff were AMAZING. The women who checked us in was very helpful in helping us to find a place to eat; she eventually called the restaurant for us to make arrangements to have pizza delivered to the hotel for us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she provided us with a map showing directions for walking to the airport. The lobby of the hotel smelled of freshly baked cake, which she said we could try if we stayed for breakfast, but unfortunately we had to be at the airport by 3:00 a.m. When checking out, the nice man working the front desk provided us with two delicious pastries for breakfast. So thoughtful!

The proximity to OPO was so convenient for an early morning flight. The gentleman who checked us in and out was very kind and helpful, and despite our language barrier, we felt understood and welcomed. He even prepared a few treats for us to go since we didn't have time for breakfast. We all appreciated the hospitality, the hot water, the quietness, and the convenience.

The rooms are very small (though the bathrooms were good). Since we were only there for a quick night of sleep, it was fine. It was the end of our trip, and we were quite tired, so we would have loved an elevator.

The property is very comfortable and cozy, the location is simply the best for those are just having an overnight in Porto because it’s just few steps from the airport. The bedroom and toilet were super clean, the staff was very sympathetic and gave good tips about places nearby. For sure, I super recommend and when having another overnight in Porto, I will stay here again.

Staff always friendly and helpful. We use this hotel any time we have an early flight, or late arrival. The location to the airport is ideal, as it is only a 5-minute walk away. Metro location easily accessible, about a 5-minute walk in the other direction, which will take you into the heart of Porto. The shower is one of the BEST showers we have had though much of our European travel.

Definetely the staff was the highlight! They were really really friendly. I stayed one night and when I arrived in the evening, check in was smooth and I was given tips on where to eat and the best way to walk to the airport (just a few steps away). I also asked to put some stuff I had bought in the fridge and the lady in the reception was really kind. In the morning, the sir in the reception was already informed about my things in the fridge and I didnt even have to ask about them. I was also given a complimentary sweet snack (which tasted good) even though I didnt have the breakfast included and left before they start serving breakfast! The room was also comfy and the bathroom was spacious!

We loved that we could walk to the airport. The employee who helped us check in was very informative and advised that we could walk over and get a luggage cart to store at the hotel to make transporting our bags to the airport for our early flight easier. No need to take a taxi except if you have mobility limitations - the walk is very reasonable and safe (though there was one spot of sidewalk needing repair).

The doors are a bit thin, so noises in the hallway did transmit a bit more than one would like.

Such lovely welcoming staff ready to make our stay a comfortable one. Our room was perfectly quiet even though the airport is a few minutes walk away and there is building work nearby (May 25). The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We slept really well, enjoyed breakfast and even received a farewell gift of traditional Portuguese cake.

We received an early morning call by mistake, the staff apologised profusely.

The hotel is located just 10 min away from Botica metro stop and 5 min away from the airport. The rooms are very big and they even have a garden if you wish to go for a smoke or something. They can also give you plates and cutlery in case you want to order food by your own. At the chck-out, at 04:00, they even gave me a pastry to take away, as I could not have breakfast at that time

The hotel is not well insulated and you get a lot of noise from the airport and the road nearby.

Booked this as an overnight to get an early flight. Rooms were small but comfortable and clean and the lounge and garden were great spaces to relax. The receptionist (didn’t catch her name) was fantastic, very friendly on arriving and gave us information on local places to eat with some recommendations. She even ordered Pizzas for us and we ate them in the lounge. Overall a great stay.
