Absolutely perfect for a one night stay arriving on a late night flight. Staff were on hand to ensure check in was smooth, lovely twin bedded room which was very quiet and comfortable. My friends had breakfast and seemed very happy with it, being gluten free I had brought my own snack with me.

The glass doors and walls on the shower and toilet and between them were very strange I have to say and as they faced out into room was a little disconcerting, however, through careful management my friend and I coped, deciding it was a modern fad that wouldn't catch on!

I like this hotel very much. I appreciated the friendly staff, inviting lobby and breakfast area, and the room. The pictures posted are quite accurate, but somehow don't capture how comfortable everything is. Bed is tempurpedic, - I slept very well. The bathroom is elegant with a rain shower and hand shower, which can both be used at the same time. There were lots of choices for lighting, from a little to a lot. And of course, everything is immaculate. Lastly, the floors are bare wood - so much better than carpets, and these too, were clean as a whistle.

There were plenty of outlets but most were low to the floor and hard for me to get at. There was a set that was higher but it was behind the coffee station. I would suggest moving that table a bit so devices and be charged in one place.

Location is perfect for someone catching an early flight, only a 10 min walk to the airport. Breakfast starts at 4 am, and is quite diversified with bread, pastries, fruit, eggs and bacon, cereal, etc. The room is spacious and comfortable and it was clean enough.

The heating didn't go past 23°C, which I felt it wasn't enough. The bathroom space is completely open, which means there is no door whatsoever, only a cubicle for the toilet and one for the shower. And these cubicles share a see-through wall. This is completely fine, until you step out of the shower naked and feel slightly vulnerable as you're standing so close to the bedroom door. Also if you're staying with a friend, this wouldn't be an ideal arrangement. Someone knocked and tried to open my bedroom door at 10 pm. Might or might not have been a mistake. Being solo, I didn't care to check as to not get any unpleasant surprises.

The hotel is very near the airport - it's about 800-1000m distance, so about a 10minut walk. Very convenient. Distance to Porto city center is quite big but light rail connection is perfect and easy. Takes about 25 minutes to get to the main transfer station Trinidade. You can buy all kind of tickets at the airport tourist info office. Rail stop is in hotels proximity. Breakfast is served starting 4am which is perfect in case of early plane departure. Hotel offers also an early check in (charged additionally) which is perfect for early arrivals. Very good relation price/quality

Shower cab has poor ventilation and tightness - water leaks on the floor and there is some unpleasant smell if You leave the cab door closed. There is no place to hang towels.

Location was a five minute walk to the airport. The desk is manned 24 hours a day and it doesn't matter what time you check in or out there will be someone to help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable to stay in, even had a small balcony!

The room had an interesting bathroom layout. Someone could not use the toilet at the same time as someone showering, despite there being two separate doors as they are separated by a clear glass pane. The shower door and toilet door are opaque, but it was definitely a weird experience to see an outline of someone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay - the staff members are friendly, the room is clean and cosy and has everything I needed. Breakfast is basic, but adequate. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay near the airport.

Small caveat - it's indeed within walking from the airport. however, if you're thinking of walking to the airport, do be mindful that the pavement is cobbled and pushing a 20kg luggage ain't the easiest thing.

I can’t fault it. The only minor criticism was that check-in was slow due to one of the computers crashing and to be fair, there were a lot of passengers arriving from a cancelled flight. I was just tired and travelling with young boys so no fault of the hotel.

We stayed one night at the start of our Holiday and two at the end of it. The staff again was friendly and helpful. Botica metro station is 250m walk from the hotel. It only seemed to take coins, no notes, to purchase a ticket. There was a credit card option which may work.

The breakfast was still not hot. The glass doors in the room on our first trip were no longer transparent but in our second room they were. If we go again we would request a room with non transparent walls. The walk to the airport is less than 1km, but more than half is on cobbled pavements which is not easy with a wheelie suitcase. The taxi has to go a longer route back to the airport and costs 15€. The short route by taxi from the airport is possible so may be cheaper. The hotel management has improved considerably since the poor reviews just after it opened, but there is still room for further improvement.

Perfect location within walking distance of Porto airport, very handy for early flight. Light Railway stop ‘Botica’ (the stop before the airport) also very close to hotel. Very clean, fabulous shower. Reception staff very helpful.

I struggled to find a USB charging point in the room which would have been handy as I hadn’t packed a 2 prong plug for Portuguese sockets. If I’m being nit picky, I would have preferred the bedside lamps not to be quite as bright as they were to improve ambiance for preparing to sleep.

The location is perfect, it’s a few minutes walking from the airport, there are car rentals nearby but also a metro stop. The room was clean and the public bathroom they have downstairs was just as clean and accessible for wheelchairs. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful (the receptionists but also the cleaning staff).

The only downside of our bathroom was that sometimes the water would go outside of the shower cabin and maybe the floor is uneven where it would happen that the water would go under the glass door of the toilet area and then it would be wet there.
