A beautiful stay | great location as its a quick walk to airport | had welcome drinks for family | breakfast was amazing and delivered at chosen time | comfortable beds | bathroom spacious with a great shower

We stayed in this airport hotel as our flights were very early morning. We were met at the door by 2 very friendly young ladies who insisted on carrying our bags. Once in our rooms we were presented with a complimentary glass of fizz and a slice of cake each. We were told that the drinks in the minibar were complimentary and our included breakfast would be delivered to our room early in the morning in a basket. The rooms are outstanding and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel has no communal room or restaurant but an outside 1st floor terrace. This hotel is definitely for one night prior to flying out or flying in later in the day.

+ The staff were very friendly and helpful who made me feel very welcome. + The room was clean, tidy and had everything you need. + Free cake and sparkling wine brought to my room and a free mini-bar with water, beer and iced tea. + They will bring a breakfast basket to you of fruit, bread, cheese/ham, yogurt, juice and coffee to your room at a time that suits you. + It was about a 5 minute walk from the airport so perfect for early morning flights.

Nothing - it was a lovely place to stay. It’s worth noting that the hotel is closed between 12-3pm, this wasn’t an issue for me but could be for some people.

Convenient to airport, great staff and shuttle service. We had an early flight but they were able to accommodate taking us to the airport. If the weather is nice and you do not have many luggage, you can walk to the airport. We had 5 luggage so having a 24/7 shuttle service is a plus. Need to be sure to make your reservation with the front desk though. We had to be out early so did not have breakfast but they are willing to pack breakfast for you if you want. Close to the vehicle rental drop off (less than 10 minutes walk).

Limited parking space in the back of the building if you have a vehicle.

We arrived after a late flight and we were greeted by a lovely lady who explained that breakfast would arrive in a basket in our room at a chosen time & there was free water, ice tea & beer in the mini fridge and then she knocked on the door & brought us some very welcome Madeira cake. Breakfast was way more than enough and for us, breakfast in bed was great. Great value for 1 night, 10 minutes walk from the terminal.

The shower was good except that it was so powerful that it let a lot of water onto the floor & it was just a sectioned off area of the room so not exactly private for using the toilet.

The team!!! I was welcomed by a lovely lady who helped me with my bags. I had a complimentary bottle of champagne , raisins (Portuguese tradition of n NYE) chocolates and even party hats. I had an early flight so they arranged for breakfast to be ready at 4am for me to take.

The bathroom had a leak, all night I could hear the water dripping and I couldn’t sleep. However, I did not complain at the time, so it is also my responsibility as I did not alert them for the fact and they may have been able to fix it but, I was too tired and comfortable in bed to get up

I love this hotel, the closest to the airport within easy walking distance, perfect in every respect, if stairs are difficult for you please ask the staff if they have ground floor rooms, I don't know if they do or don't. My suitcases were extremely heavy but the lovely receptionist insisted on helping me I felt very guilty but extremely grateful. There is no lift, not a problem for me when the staff are so helpful. It's my little bit of luxury, I usually go cheap and cheerful but this is well worth the money. Thank you for a lovely stay. I'd happily use this as a base for exploring Porto and Portugal as transport links are very good.

I don't have one criticism, it's an excellent place to stay.

The staff! We checked in and 2 hours later our original flight was cancelled. In order to make our flight to the US the next day, we had to leave immediately for the airport to catch an earlier flight. Needless to say we were in a slight panic to get to the airport to insure our new flight and connections. The young woman at the hotel immediately called a taxi which showed up promptly. The hotel also paid for the taxi and insured we were dropped at the correct location. We were successful in getting another flight due to her help. Even though we weren’t able to enjoy the hotel very long we were pleased with our room, location and especially the staff.

Ideal when you have an very early flight next morning , literally 5 minutes walk to the departures terminal , the hotel provides also a shuttle bus if you ask in advance, Rooms are small but good enough for 1 night , staff is extremely nice and helpful , they seem to enjoy their work. A fridge is full of chilled beverages and they even offer a welcoming cake for the guests . A breakfast package for those who depart early -available

The rooms are really small and a bathroom is within the room seperated only by a partition , but absolutly good enough for 1 night. And you have to pay only €6-8 for UBER/BOLT to get to Matosinhos for a farewell grilled fish in one of the plenty restaurants located there

The staff were all so very nice and helpful...it was a surprise to have a knock on our door, and someone came in with glasses of sparkling wine and a platter of cake! The bed was very comfortable, with nice linens, and the room surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to the airport. It isn't a touristy or picturesque neighbourhood, but we did have an exceptional dinner at the classy restaurant about a block away (I think it was called Fernando's). I wish I knew the name of the lovely man on staff who, at 7 am, insisted on driving us in the guesthouse shuttle to the door of the terminal, even though we had said we didn't mind walking the short distance.

My only problem was that I couldn't figure out how to work the shower...so many knobs.
