Super friendly and engaged staff all of whom were able to communicate well in English. The interior design of the room was not so much my taste but it was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Breakfast was very good value for money. A few vegan choices would be a great add-on. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace and pool - the view is not the greatest (it's an airport hotel after all) but still it's a cool place to hang out. Bar and restaurant were nice as well. The place is convenient to reach from Porto Airport. I didn't use it but there's a free shuttle from and to the airport.

Clean room, nice breakfast. Friendly staff especially Vanessa in reception who was very helpful.

The shower had only hot water, it was not possible to have cooler water for taking a shower. I guess it was an issue of this particluar room. Apart from this, everything was fine.

the property was indeed very close to the airport as we had to check in at 3:30am! The staff was so helpful to orchestrate the free shuttle service both to help us return our rental car the day before our departure and the following morning. We didn’t know anything about the restaurant they have on the premises but the food was good , reasonably priced and it was so convenient. Thanks to the staff for making our very brief stay very nice!

Location handy for the airport and the complimentary shuttle were what we needed. Also, the bar was open till 1 am, they serve breakfast from early hours and have quite a late checkout at 12pm so you can have a lie in after a late flight or get ready early if you have to. Beds were so comfy! The stuff were very friendly and helpful too.

All good. The only improvement I can think of is that coffee-making set in a room would be nice to have.

The hotel was easily accessible w/ a short ride from the airport. We were also able to easily walk to the Metro station in the morning in order to catch out train. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. I was not at all bothered by air traffic noise, even being close the airport - a pleasant surprise!

We had an issue with the AC unit in the room, and it was leaking all night. We just threw a towel down onto the floor in order to catch the drips. Since this was a quick overnight stay, it wasn't a huge deal and didn't negatively impact our overall view of our stay.

First of all, the staff is amazing, everyone is really sweet and try their best to help. The hotel is super clean, there is a swimming pool on the rooftop (it is not the best view, but it's relaxing and refreshing). There and in the breakfast/dining room, there is jazz music and I really appreciated that, it gave a unique vibe. If you need to eat in the hotel the value for money is good. Moreover, the breakfast is pretty nice, with fresh fruits, pastries and fresh squeezed orange juice. Concerning the room, it is really comfortable, clean and spacious. The bathroom is great with a huge Italian shower. Finally, the shuttle is so convenient, I'm impressed it was free.

I guess the hotel lacked a good sound isolation as I could hear people next door watching TV and chatting.

Room for improvement...Too much technology at bar...Folks want to order a drink and pay...Machines that feed money is a waist of time...The employees don't like it...Restaraunt menu seems fancy...However for what you pay and quality is subpar...I heard microwaves being used...We want food prepared fresh for 30 euros..

Beds, shower and lighting all were very nice. Shuttle to the airport was a plus and the driver was friendly and helpful.

The touch pad control for the air conditioning/ heat would only allow one mode or the other. For example, if the pad was in heat mode you had to call the front desk and ask them to remotely switch your room unit over to cool( air conditioning) mode before you could turn on the AC. Rather awkward!

Needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning flight. Oporto was perfect and even provided a shuttle! They even allowed me to check in an hour early.

Door and walls to room weren't soundproof; so I could hear people coming and going during the day. Wasn't a problem at night since everyone was already settled into their rooms. Not much in the area within walking distance if you don't have a car. But the metro system is right across the street so you can go into town, and the hotel does offer room service.
