Hotel, rooms and location very good. Reception desk staff makes us feel welcome always and is super friendly!! We are frequent customers in this hotel, the location is perfect for us and the rooms are really spacious and good.

Each time we feel that parking with two cars is expensive, we will try street parking next time. A discount or waiver for the second car for loyal, returning customers maybe? Especially on low demand weekend stays? Breakfast is expensive enough, when we wanted to get another cappuccino 5 min after breakfast time we had to pay extra for it. It's not about the money but we felt that really was a bit much.

Great location if you plan to go to Signal iduna park. Friendly and helpful staff. clean room. Overall was a pleasant one night stay.

Price is a bit too much. They put sparkling water in the room which is fine but why sparkling! Normal mineral water is better. Noise isolation is not the best.

Fitness area was alright, much better than most hotels

Welcome was a bit odd. Staff just gave the key and thats it… had to ask about the fitness area and where the restaurant was.

Access to the Westfalenhallen was easily walkable, and only a very short taxi to the train station.

There is some noise from neighbours using the coffee machine - but it was good to have a coffee machine!
