This is my third time staying with Wyndham Grand Manama and this says it all ! one of the best hotels in Manama. It has great location in Bahrain Bay area, good price, friendly staff, the room i booked is spacious and has all the facilities needed for the stay, with excellent A/C. The hotel has a secured parking garage if you are coming by your car. There is a small supermarket and Caribu cafe infront of the hotel plus the "The Wharf" is in a walking distance where you can enjoy many restaurants and cafes in a beautiful location. Also the avenues mall is nearby too. all in all i had a great time.

Wyndham Grand is one of my favorite hotels in Bahrain. It is definitely 5-star hotel, the room is luxurious, the bathroom is luxurious, the service is excellent, very convenient location. I always like to go back to the hotel due to the staff that work there. They are extremely nice and the general manager Mr. Anwar recognizes his loyal customers, and also the staff member Mr. Yogi. It is important that the hotel management recognize their loyal customer, that is why I keep returning and re-booking with Wyndham Grand. Amazing view! amazing food and location. Really comfy bed.

-The room flooring is wood, I would prefer if it was carpet, it's warmer and cosy, the floor wasn't comfortable. -Water pressure in the toilet is very low. -I didn't like the tea and coffee choices in the mini bar. -there's no variation of coffee brands or restaurants in the hotel, only one restaurant. -The light coming from the smart screens in the room was annoying at night -The checkout is really early, at 12 pm. -please check the cups and glasses cleanness.

The room and bathroom were spacious. I appreciated that the house keeping staff removed the carpet from the room. There was a good selection of foods for breakfast and the food service staff were friendly and helpful.

The windows were so dirty I couldn't see the beautiful view. Although there was a cleaning schedule, the windows were not cleaned during my stay. Recommend that the windows be cleaned more frequently. The reception staff were very unfriendly and not polite on arrival. Recommend to remove the wooden base in the shower, it had mildew. The drop off entrance was always congested with cars. Needs to be redesigned/ widened. There was no where to sit in reception. Recommend to put comfortable benches/ couches. The lace curtain was not working in my room.

Loved Wyndham Grand Manama, this is my second stay and it is even better than the first one. It is centrally located in a new area 5 minutes from the Avenues mall. Also just across the street is Bahrain Bay with its many dining and attraction options. The hotel itself is one of the newest in Bahrain and is very modern with smart systems from the elevators that unlock your floor only to the room auto control of curtains and lights. The hotel also has excellent facilities gym, sauna, steam, ice rooms and pool. The staff are also professional and cooperative,

we had a small issue at check in as we did not like the room, but Shihab made it up by offering extra complimentary services.

Everything else was great. Staff and concierge were very nice and welcoming from the moment I've arrived until my checkout day. Very helpful and professional staff and did whatever they could to guarantee my comfort. Room service answered calls quickly and served even quicker. House keeping was on point. The view from the room was amazing and couldn't ask for a better one. Underground parking was secure at all times. The infinity swimming pool was great and the water was warm enough. A quite environment in the room. You can communicate using Arabic or English language easily.

Much more lighting needed in the room. The room went very dark after sunset. Lights and curtains touch panel/control was gimmicky. Very bad service at the swimming pool.

I hotel location is great,rooms are clean,all staff are very kind , cheerful and helpful. they gave us a room at the same floor although it is busy. The restaurant is excellent with many variety of food. more that waiter want to help and service you. I ready thank the restaurant manager and well trained staff. This my second stay and hotel improved a lot.

suggestion to add indoor or cover one the pools. Add Arabic coffee. only one issue occur which solved by hotel reservation. when i booked the rooms with 2 adults for breakfast the final reservation came with only 1 breakfast !!! I do not know is it from booking system or hotel IT. but any way the hotel help desk solved the issue with no additional charge many thanks.

Beautiful spacious rooms, amazing views to the Bahrain Bay and the Four Seasons, and the quality of the bedding is good!

The hotel's rooms are run down, and need touch ups. The bathrooms especially. The shower floors are wooden and painful to step on, and cause mould smell through out the room. They need to be removed and the bathrooms upgraded. The staff was nice enought to change the room and upgrade us to a junior suite. The design of the restaurant is so outdated and needs renovation.
