it was close to everything

the only downside would be that there really isn’t a place for people to gather inside and play games if it’s raining and the pool is closed. when we tried to sit in the lobby where the tables were the front desk lady got upset because our group of 7&8 year old girls got to loud playing Uno… even though no one else was in there but us and her, so we ended up going to play outside in the rain and also ended up playing different games in the hallway, like red light green light. Thank goodness that other guest that were there. Understood that having a group of seven and eight year olds needing to burn off energy.

Our stay was good. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable room. Nothing fancy, but great value for the money. Nice that it offers a free breakfast. It is more of a quick breakfast, offering dry cereal, fruit, coffee, milk, juice, tea, toast, bagels, muffins and a pancake machine that makes silver dollar sized pancakes. This was our second stay here, both times it was good. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tupelo.

We booked a room for 3 people but only enough towels for 2 people. It was quick and easy to get that simple problem solved though.

First off the deck areas, the pet friendly areas, the amazing suites are great for the price, we stayed at another red roof inn we stayed in a small room for more than it was for a suite here!! There is also two tvs in the suites!!! We also liked the pool area and the smoking sections were really nice they were all over the property!!! The staff were very friendly and helpful!!

There is a huge pothole in front of the entrance and at the turn in spot off the highway that are awful and can very easily ruin your vehicle so be very careful!!

The breakfast was good! The location was great, close to everything we needed!! We really love that pets stay free our blue nose pit bull tank had a great stay too the doggy area was nice it’s big enough and has trees really nice! We also liked all the smoking areas around the property well done!!!!

Everything was great. The front desk lady was a bit rude at first but it got better.

I received a call from lady at front desk before we arrived and she nearly gave our rooms to someone else which was not ok with me but I went ahead and paid for the rooms so as not to lose them . She was quite rude at first on phone but seemed better when we arrived. Also there was a very stiff dirty rag behind ice bucket in bathroom but we kind of overlooked it because all else was great.

The beds were comfy. Cleaning staff made sure you had what you need.

The toilet wobbles. The microwave wasn't digital. The kids found it difficult to work with. TV wasn't smart TV so you can watch like Netflix or Disney. But this are minor dislikes..

We were only there for a short time. Arrived late, left early. There was a group of people w/loud music in the parking lot very late, or should I say early in the am; I called the front desk and they took care of it for us.

Everything was fine. There wasn't anything I did not like. We did not have enough of an interaction w/anyone or anything to give you an accurate assessment of your property.

When searching for a hotel in Tupelo, I was mainly looking for a pet friendly one, which was the primary amenity that I needed. Being that it was pet friendly, I really did not expect the rooms to be as nice as what I found. The rooms are really nice! Everything you would need to be comfortable. Wifi, TV, Coffer maker.. and the whole works! everything was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. The price was great. I would recommend.

The property was amazing! The staff was very nice!

The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that the floors in our room was very dirty. The floor was swept but not mopped. We had to walk around in our shoes to keep our socks clean. The way we found out the floors weren’t clean was when we walked from the bed to the bathroom and the bottom of our socks turned black. Everything else was great but not the floors.

The rooms were clean. Value is good, location is nice.

We asked for a lower-level room as my mother has a hard time walking up stairs and they could not accommodate this need. It was asked in advance. Apparently, you do not get messages through Booking. I had to wait to check in as no one was at the desk for quite some time.
