The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. Eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, granola, waffles, hot cereal, cold cereal, and coffee. I might have missed some other items. The beds were comfortable.

The heater in our room was not working correctly. We had the thermostat set at 75. It would warm up the room and then it would drop down to 71 and blow cold air for quite some time before finally blowing warm air again. We had them come look at it, but there was nothing they could do for us. We managed fine, but it was uncomfortable when were were just sitting watching TV. The toilet had a high pitched squeal after you flushed it and then sometimes it would randomly squeal for no reason at all. In the end they made things right for us. We were very thankful for that.

This hotel was overall clean and convenient location. The room was spacious and had a "kitchenette with fridge but no microwave. Bed was comofortable. Bathroom was spacious and Bathtub nice sized with shower. Temp of the room was great for sleeping and location was quiet. Breakfast was a nice variety biscuits and gravy, yogurt, bagels, donuts, toast, cereal, link sausage, juices, milk, coffee and such. Fresh and tasty. (10 minutes to the Airport - Car rental return.) Extremely convenient.

The one thing that was a disappointment was although our room was clean it had not been vacumed very well and their was a great amount of dog hair in the room and on the furniture. I did speak to the manager and he was very apologetic. So if you have allergies you may want to make sure you mention that when making your reservation.

Great location to the airport with plenty of local food options nearby and a Shopping complex just over a mile away. The hotel had everything we needed. A big comfortable bed. Plenty of space with a sofa and such amenities as a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, kitchenette and tv with all the channels. Little things like blackout blinds and an ice machine at the end of the corridor made our stay even more comfortable. The room was a really good size and we have paid 3 times as much for half the space in downtown Kansas City. The hotel had a free shuttle to the airport and breakfast was included! We thought that it was an absolute bargain and would definitely stay here again when passing through the KC area.

The breakfast choices were exceptional and delicious. The bed was very comfortable. The staff especially Carman, was extremely helpful and so polite.

The couch cushions were not comfortable. The bed was too close to a/c unit so it made it difficult to get into bed.

The front and breakfast staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The towels were fresh as well as the bedding. The hallways and elevator was also clean. The breakfast was great and stayed well stocked during the breakfast hour. If you wanted coffee throughout the day, it was always available. There were lots of shops, restaurants, and a park nearby.

I was expecting a microwave in my room but I didn't have one. So I had to go to the dining area to re-heat my food or coffee. There were several male staff members smoking in the back of the building near the pool area one evening that did not look or act too friendly when I came in. I was a little bit uncomfortable.

Swimming pool was awesome! Free breakfast was nice but was very busy. Staff did a good job keeping up on breakfast but seemed overwhelmed. Zona Rosa, outdoor shopping mall close to the hotel was awesome! Great restaurants and playground for kids to play.

Rooms are ok, mattress and pillows not comfortable, bathroom was tiny, barely enough room to get in to use the toilet. Sink faucet was hard to operate. Shower handle leaked while running. Toilet valve, didn’t work properly so I had to adjust to fill back up. Waffle maker, there was only one waffle maker so the line took forever and never made any. Maybe buy a second one. Toaster, needs upgraded to a 4 slice toaster. Room 420

I had been staying with my dog at a dirty decrepit hotel across the street. There was a thunderstorm which meant we couldnt travel so needed to stay an extra day. After spending all night awake with my dog who was scared of the thunder I called the manager at the Wyndham, explained the situation and asked whether we could check in early so wed have a place to stay during the storm. He kindly agreed and asked housekeeping to prepare our room early. I so appreciate his kindness and willingness to go that extra mile for us!

The only complaint i have is that the bottle of shower gel didnt work. Everything else was stellar.

Room is spacious. Easy access off the freeway. Staff was so nice and attentive. Especially, I think it was, Ava. Super friendly!! She was working in the evening. When I asked for bedding for the pull-out couch, she went to get it immediately. We had a small issue with our tub draining slowly. The gentleman working the desk Saturday morning sent maintenance up right away to fix it. This is our third stay here and we will definitely choose this property again!

Can’t think of anything worth noting.

I liked the welcoming, "cozy" feel to the lobby and breakfast area. The size and lay out of the room was great and had a nice size sitting area with couch--that was clean! The bed was wonderful, and the linens and pillows seemed brand new. I like, and need, a really soft pillow in order to get a good night's sleep, and this was one of the best pillows I have slept on. For those who like a firm pillow, don't fret because they have them, too.

The flooring in the room could be updated, which I think they are in the process of doing.

This location was safe and in a good area right off of the highway, I was worried about my car being out overnight but once we arrived I was not at all. Normally hotels have cheap and crappy shampoo and condition along with soap but this one has actual pump bottles in the shower that were pretty decent. The bed was so comfortable and it was a very quiet hotel which was greatly appreciated. Eva from the front desk was AMAZING, she needs a raise for her level of hospitality. She was beyond helpful, so kind, very knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. She was great! We will be staying here every time we’re visiting Kansas City from here on out.
