Desk person was extremely accommodation and got me into my room immediately although I arrived at the hotel 4 hours before check-in time. It's very convenient having a restaurant/lounge on the premises.

The hotel shares a parking lot with a large convention center. There was a large expo going on when I checked in so the closest parking space was a ways from the hotel door.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. Bathroom was spacious with toiletries and also spotless!

I didn’t like having to pay for breakfast, which I didn’t feel was worth $16.75. Although there were a lot of options, the scrambled eggs were instant (and tasted instant) and the sausages looked boiled rather than pan cooked/grilled/fried. Maybe next time I stay here I’ll bring my own food for breakfast, or go out for breakfast to get real eggs for less money.

Loved the staff was so nice to me and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Smelled clean and our room smelled so good. First time I've ever had a hotel room this clean. I got in late so really all I can comment about.

Didn't like there was no bathtub.

Cool and comfy bed/room

Attempted to extend our stay as plans changed and hotel staff wanted almost doubled our price for the same room for a second night. Decided to go elsewhere. Was hoping to save us and them the trouble.

I liked that my boyfriend and I only had to travel about 9 mins to get to shopping center & restaurants.

We were really frustrated when it came to having to park so far down the parking lot due to events happening at the Expo Center which was next door to hotel. It sucked that the majority of the people at the convention center, weren’t staying at hotel (it seemed) which made people staying at hotel having to park at the end & having to walk so far to the hotel doors.

locations was great

went to the restaurant and waited for 30 min and never was waited on. I finally left and went down the road for pizza. there are several people who did this after they were told we were waiting and they helped others who came in after us

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, staff was helpful and check in was quick and easy. They had a variety of breakfast items which were yummy.

Clean. Convenient location to KC Airport. Free airport shuttle. Wonderful, kind staff!

Nothing….Everything was positive!

The hotel was fantastic. the only issues we had had were with Booking.com not communicating our reservation properly. Thankfully, we had hotel staff willing to honor what we paid for even though it wasn’t what booking.com sent to them. They also had a difficult time finding our reservation, because Booking.com put my first name as my last and Vice versa. I’d definitely stay at the hotel again. I’ll NEVER use booking.com for reservations again!

Everything. great staff, they made accommodations for our last minute hotel change and new who we were upon arrival and asked us about our concert. the bed was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on.
