Check in was quick and location is of course close to the airport. Staff was very respectful and gave well thought out recommendations to me and other customers. A friend picked me up from the airport, but taking the shuttle from the hotel to the airport was extremely convenient

I stayed on the fifth floor and the hallway was hotter than it was outside, however inside the room the air conditioner worked great. I had arranged for a ride to the airport at 1PM and asked if I could do a late check out at 12:45 and the person said “the best I can do is 12:30” it’s not a big deal of course, but I don’t know why 15 minutes would make a difference. Not really a negative though since they were nice enough to give me late checkout in the first place.

The check-in went smoothly. The room was quiet and comfortable. We went down to the on-site Bar for drinks. Staff was friendly, drinks were OK. The shuttle to and from the airport and the close location were the reason we chose the hotel. The shuttle was very convenient, the pick-up at the airport was quick after phone call and the early morning shuttle was exactly what we needed.

Possibly a bigger drink choice in the bar? I would have liked hard cider choice, but this wasn't the only bar that didn't carry ciders in Missouri and Iowa. Apparently ciders aren't popular in this area. Margarita was too sweet!

The beds were very comfortable, the shower had a bench that you can sit on and relax!! The pool was very nice, 8 feet deep in the deepest end!! The fire pit was cool, even though it was a hot evening, the fire pit wasn’t too bad! The hotel had a restaurant and bar inside so you don’t have to go anywhere, nice plus! I worked out at the workout facility and it was very nice!! Thanks, we will stay here again when we come into the Kansas City area!!

The pull down machine/ machine weights seemed stuck and didn’t release smoothly, it appeared stuck! When we ate, the steak salad was below average salad☹️. Not too many bad things to talk about.

The room was clean, had good light and nice bedding, and was generally quiet. I chose this hotel from among the other MCI airport hotel because it had a restaurant, and the food was good.

Initially I had a problem with the air conditioner. I couldn't turn it off or control the temperature. But I reported this and maintenance took care of it while I had dinner.

We needed a night near the airport in order to make an early morning flight. This location was very near the airport, and the free airport shuttle was perfect for what we needed.

I know that it’s a relic of the pandemic and the resulting understaffing, but I miss room service. Grab and go is an okay option, but room service is certainly more convenient.

Hotel was close to the airport and the nearby restaurant was great. Outstanding staff! Some areas were needing updates (the front sign desperately needs to be replaced) and the restaurant needs a facelift as well. Room was very comfortable though.

Nothing malfunctioned but you can tell some updates were needed (restaurant and exterior painting). I actually cringed when I saw the sign at the entrance. It was worn out and I was afraid the whole place was run down.

The location was excellent for me and surprisingly I wasn’t hearing planes flying over constantly. There was ample parking and the property seemed to be well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When I checked in I wasn’t given any hotel information such as pool and breakfast hours, cleaning schedule or wifi password. I didn’t realize until my third night that housekeeping had to be requested. More shade was needed around the pool.

It was nice to bill drinks and snacks to the room instead of paying every time, it was also nice to have a restaurant right there. The food and service were both good. It was very clean and maintained. The towels at the pool were continuously stocked and I even watched an employee take water samples. I was also very pleased to have down comforters for the bedding.

The only thing we didn’t care for were the bed pillows.

Check-in was really fast and really friendly. Shuttle pickup wait was only 6 minutes and the driver was great. Huge bed, no noise from adjoining rooms, perfectly clean and comfortable.

Room 141 - unfortunately there was a smell in the bathroom as though the water wasn't clean, or the toilet wasn't removing all water... I just kept the bathroom door closed and it didn't affect the rest of the room
