The location was so organized and clean. Plus, they had a phenomenal staff. We felt immensely welcomed. The staff was remarkable, always going out of their way to make our stay the best possible. Whether it was a band aid or extra ice, staff was there to help. Staff even offered to pack us: to go breakfast bags, on our check out day. Talk about going out of their way, so kind, we greatly appreciate it! Breakfast was delicious, a surplus of options. Also, a quick shoutout to the cleaning staff, sweet ladies, so sweet and did such a great job. Great teamwork. Phenomenal service. Outstanding stay.

Loved the location! It felt quiet and secluded from the busy city but it didn’t take long to get wherever we wanted to go. My kids and I loved the pool and it was so nice to be able to use it any time that was convenient! Breakfast was great with a lot of options!

We didn’t quite have enough space. Online when I searched for a room I typed how many people I was traveling with and it suggested that room so I thought there would be a couch with a pull out bed or sheets to lay on the couch with. It turns out there was only a chair that wouldn’t work to sleep on so three of us had to squish in one bed. It worked because my kids are young but they move a lot so I didn’t get much sleep.

After a horrible experience with booking dot com and also a different local hotel, this hotel saved our family trip! Judy at the front desk found a room that fit our family since the one we had booked through the third party was not available. She was helpful with tips of where to go eat while I was on a keto diet, and she made an AMAZING breakfast the next day that my family thoroughly enjoyed! The kids loved the pool. Would recommend to everyone! They took care of us and made us feel so welcome.

Our bed's mattress needs to be flipped, it's elevated at the foot of the bed, so that is how we slept....lol Not having enough regular coffee was kind of a bummer.....we had alot of Decaf but no medium roast....but we lived and we still had an Awesome stay.....we hope to come back and stay here again and we will recommend you to all our friends 😀

I called ahead to say I would be aiming late. When I got there, I was greeted by a friendly staff person behind the desk. She had remembered that I had called earlier. Check-in was easy and quick. The complimentary breakfast was decent (eggs, tater tots, bacon, waffles, fruit, yogurt, breads, coffee tea, juice.

It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I liked the amenities and all employees were extremely kind and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. I especially appreciated housekeeping coming around each day to see if we wanted our room cleaned or fresh supplies. The maintenance employee was always helpful with anything we needed.

I wish it had an outdoor pool (not just indoor) but that’s my fault for not checking before booking. The breakfast had a lot of variety but I think they should find a way to restock the food more quickly. We waited awhile each morning for restocking and they sometimes ran out of certain foods. The hotel was a bit hard to find but luckily I had read previous reviews and knew it was behind some other buildings.

Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, potatoes,bagels, coffee etc. Plenty of room so no crowding. Room was clean -- however would recommend safety bars in the showers.

Room was located at the far end of the third floor. We are in our 70's and I have breathing problems so the room location was bad for us. Also, the lay out of the floors was poor and mad the rooms hard to find. The facility was toward the back of a collection of buildings which made it hard to find initially. Signage on the street could definitely been better.

Excelent location with grocery and little convience as well as little shops all within that block radias. 24/7 indoor swimming pool warm and they even welcomed Lily my K9 safty pooch. The staff there was awesome and the breakfast had been the best so far. There was a few hours wait for the room, which was our fault for getting there too early, but well worth the wait. For a great home cozy feel, fantastic ambiance BEST WESTERN gets Huge kutto's to the staff and help. Keep up the good work!

The breakfast was great. Had just about everything I'd ask for. Room was easily accessible and clean. Staffs were very friendly and courteous. Parking lot is well lighted.

There were only 2 USB connectors. Needs more USB hook ups at different locations within a room.

Breakfast was good. Didn't eat much.

The cleaning lady knocked and wanted to come in. I told her to give us a second. When we returned, no new towels and the trash was not emptied. We didn't understand why she needed to come in room if she didn't do anything.
