This is a very good place to stay while in Cebu. The staff are very friendly and helpful, The location is great. A short walk to the mall, and good places to eat are very near within a few minutes of walking. There is a bank with an atm across the street , a 7-11 is downstairs next to hotel , a laundry service is also near the 7-11, and the house of lechon is behind the hotel a few minutes of walking. The pick up coffee kiosk is just down the street with very good coffee both cold and hot. The rooms are a bit small but doable. The staff will do a great job in tending to your room. Taxi service is available at the front door whenever you need one. It is a very good bargain for the traveler .

We stay in that hotel for the 2nd time, as usual it was clean, the wifi and water supply was good and the staff are good too” it's comfortable bed and very good aircon and quiet and safe area. Your relaxing is guaranteed. 24 hours safety guards take care well and helping us every time we need a ride and opening our taxi door every time we go in or out the taxi.

they don't have an electric kettle inside the room, i need to go to the lobby witch not soo convenient. i almost burned myself with the hot water cause i need to use the card to open the elevator and our room door.

I looooved the comfortable bed. It even had a ceiling fan which is perfect for ensuring the cold air is properly circulated throughout the space. Water pressure is great and the 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, bodywash smelled sooooo good! I normally avoid using toiletries provided with rooms but I decided to give this one a try and no regrets. My skin did NOT dry up and the overall smell was not overpowering during the day. I will completely recommend staying here again. I also loved how there were so many lighting options. Ypu can have a bright light throughout the room or a dim light at either side of the bed. Dim enough not to bother the other side but bright enough to use for bedtime reading. Amazing.

The soap dispenser cover fell off and the shower head was on the verge of collapse.

I was in transit and looking for a budget friendly hotel that was close to the Ayala mall and I was very happy to have chosen Red Planet. I work online and the internet was very good. The staff are super friendly - shoutout to the housekeeping staff! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and as someone who does not like air-conditioning, I did love that there was a ceiling fan. There was a 7/11 just outside the hotel and for everything else: shopping, dining, entertainment, the mall was literally just a block away. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely rebook in the future!

Just a few minor things but definitely not a huge deal-breaker: - quite a small room and there is not much space to even open your luggage - no proper desk / work space to sit down comfortably and do some work on a laptop - window would not open to let out some of the moisture building up inside the room - towels were a bit dated and rough

Had a great two night stay here. The room was small but quite fine for just me and a small backpack. It could be tight with 2 people and a couple suitcases. Nice room. Comfy bed and great pillows! Shower nice with rainwater shower head. Warm with good water pressure. Quiet; I slept very well both nights. There’s some occasional honking from the street outside but I listen to grey noise so it never disturbed me. Staff were excellent!!

Wifi didn’t work in my room but they staff offered to move me and I decided to decline as I had movies downloaded and also data on my phone. It worked just fine in the lobby. FYI, Cebu City is not a nice place to visit. Best to use it merely as a stop over to go to the smaller islands.

Been staying here quite a few times and Manila Red Planet as well... the staff always friendly and helpful and explain things and the cleaning staff ery hard working they cannot do enough for you if you ask... very impressed and the rooms are comfortable

the only thing i could fault is no facilties to make a cup of tea or coffee but thats a minor issue

The staff and the guards were always helpful, polite and kind. They make you feel at home while staying at the hotel. Great location.

The towels, bed sheets and pillow cases need to be replaced. They’re washed yes, but they’re old, and they look grey and don’t give you an impression that they’re clean because of the appearance. The walls are thin so you could hear the other guests talking, playing music on the hallway. It’s nice that there’s both hot and cold water in the shower, however, water splashes all over the toilet floor when you shower. Moreover, the bathroom exhaust needs to be fixed since it takes so long to get rid of the steam, humidity and moisture in the bathroom. Bathroom really needs an upgrade.

The room that I stayed this time was very good, the AC in the room is cold, unlike the 1st room that was assigned to us you can barely feel the AC that I need to turn on the Fan. The staffs are exceptional when it comes to customer service specially the guards downstairs and the facility sup. They are always there to help out. Then again the hotel is near House of Lechon, laundry and Ayala Malls. The lobby also smells so nice everytime which is awsome. You can also leave your luggage as long as you have a future booking with them which is the best thing for me

The check in process, Also with their wifi. I am always getting disconnected and cannot work properly so if you are working virtually i would not recommend this Hotel.

The hotel itself, the location, staff. Malapit siya as in sa ayala mall, sa kainan, sa labas sa gilis may 7 eleven kontilang lakad you will make it na sa house of lechon. Plus hindi mahirap ang transportation. The room is small but it's okay. The view is also nice nakaka relax halos naka bukas lang yata yung curtain namin thru out our stay 😁 We tried din the pungko pungko which is hindi namam din kalayuan, we also visit sto.niño church and coffee shop which we really enjoyed have a chance pa to meet slater young there. :)

that it was easy access to all restaurants especially the mall — Ayala Mall. The staff were also very accommodating! I had left a valuable of mine. I just messaged them about it and they made all arrangements just to have my item shipped to me (‘cause i love in a different city).

i guess the traffic? because right in front of the hotel is an intersection. it’s not really that bad. actually it’s convenient to cross to the other side because pedestrian lanes are really close by. but since it’s a crossing/intersection, it’s louder.
