Great staff, location, and atmosphere. I'd stay here again. It was a great spot for a couples getaway with easy Uber rides all around San Juan.

There were a few odd design issues our room. The "closet" bar was too low to hang dresses and the shower curtain was too short leaving a pool of water on the floor.

Fantastic! Everything we needed for our visit with my 89 year old dad was there or nearby!

The staff was friendly and attentive 🥰 we loved the extra vouchers for drinks and food! The pool area is beautiful! The T-Mobile area is great

The place was extremely clean and the aesthetic of the hotel was such a vibe. All the decor was super up to date and nice. There is lots to do in the area which is cool for children as well. The staff was super welcoming and personable. Stephany checked us in and out and another female advised us on the shuttle that took us to Old San Juan. The check in process was easy and not hassling at all. we extended our stay with out a problem.

We would’ve like for there to be maybe vending machines or an over night concession stand. The breakfast selection was minimum. The hotel didn’t have an iron, only a steamer that didn’t work. We would’ve like for there be be an iron.

Great staff, very clean and close to the major attractions. There was a shuttle that transports guest to Old San Juan.

They went back and forth about early check in and we had to sit at the airport for 7 hours before we could check in. They advertise free continental breakfast but it wasn’t free, it was for sale

The breakfast was not bad. I think more variety of foods should of been an option. Beef and Turkey products available. Location of the hotel is excellent.

Food menu was limited. More options available. Also, having a DJ during happy hour would be nice.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, even the cleaning ladies, the design is AMAZING. I wasn't up for a loud party but the fact that it is close to so much entertainment and food is a major plus. I'll know to go back there when I'm up for it.

Room 517 and (I'm guessing) any room on that side is exposed to that T-Mobile district which has some loud events. Trying to sleep at 11:30 on Friday or nap at 4:30 PM On Sunday was impossible. I had to change rooms. Room 512 had a few hairs around the room, the floor and bathroom that weren't mine. Also thought I had signed up for continental in my booking, was surprised to learn that wasn't the case when I got there. I met other guests that had this same experience.

New clean in new complex with good food. close to everything but not in old section of town

pool is in shade by early afternoon and pool is totally crowded and undersized for property & number of people traveling to a tropical destination where everyone is going to pool since property isn’t near beach

great place with everything close if you are going for vacation or business I think is perfect

the linen because once you are coming from the beach with a sunburn you can feel is little bit rough but was perfect

Service, clean, attention, facilities, location. Have a lot a things to do around the hotel and places to eat. The trolley take us to Viejo San Juan and pass every half hour, it's a service for free.

Pets barking but the staff was gentle and change us the room. Should use one level for people with pets.

smelled funny in the middle of the night. like a plumbing problem. and the room could have been sightly colder. 65 was the lowest the temperature would go. i wasnt hot but i would have liked it slightly colder.
