Great location and very affordable. My friends stayed next door at the Hilton. The rooms were very similar except the Hilton had more modern decorum. If you want an affordable hotel, in a good location, and don't care about having pool or stores at the hotel (but is 30 second walk away) I would recommend this hotel. I would stay here again.

I have read some nasty things about this hotel, but we booked any way,I was kind of specti about the hotel, so we booked, and I tell you it couldn't of been better we had the Eilite room the saff the best the maid the best I had left my bag on top of the bed and she couldn't do my bed because I left that bag on the bed they will not touch you belongings that's for one they have great customer service I wanted to let the public know that these young men and women have to literally put up with some unreal people yes the room got cold but we went to marshal bought a heavy flannel blanket and we didn't complain that there's no warm blanket buy one if you feel you need one go for it, they do a great jobThank you Costa Bahia, thank you for the 10 most beautiful day stays we rennew our wedding vows after 25th of marriage The security the maid the manger they all do a great teamwork.Thank you.

The parking is a little far but was ok..

Our room had a view of the bay and the ocean and it was absolutely spectacular. We had a balcony which is where I spent a lot of my time when we were in the room. The bathroom was big and we had a walk in closet and a kitchenette. The location is perfect because it is next to the Escambron Beach or you can cross the bridge and get to the smaller beach of El Condado. The breakfast is simple (bagels, croissants, cereal, and drinks) and they have great coffee - really, really good coffee! You can walk everywhere from this hotel.

The room has plenty of space. The view to the ocean is relaxing. The breakfast included was good, with option of scramble eggs, fruits and cereal. The door for the balcony needs to be fixed almost do not open.

The staff in overall were informal, constantly they were complaining about something related to the administration or work environment. E.g one person of the front desk expressed that almost didnt come to work because was "tired". Other person of housekeeping when was unable to enter to the elevator because I was with a stroller she make an expression of anger and complain. I have other examples. However, they were mostly friendly with guest, but something is going on with work dissatisfaction.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms and a nice full buffet breakfast included. Room was awesome and has an amazing view of the lagoon and city.

There’s different parking spaces for the different hotels there but no one to tell me where to park or how to get to my room. The floor number doesn’t match the room number which made it really hard to get to my room when I arrived. I had to get directions from a guard at the front desk in the next door hotel.

it was relatively inexpensive for the one night we stayed here. we walked to the public beach and it wasn’t too far. liked the room balcony! we left our luggage and it was safe. we didn’t use the kitchenette but it was nice.

the room decor was outdated and dark (they need LED lightbulbs!) and the reception was a little unusual.

Location, comfy room

Breakfest, there were no fruits, hams or cheese. On tne first day there was only coffee, juice, Croissant and some cereals ( no cold milk for the cereal). On the second day there was only coffee,juice, cereals and slices of bread. It was a poor breakfest. People were complaining

The location was close to where I needed to drop off my rental car. Also, the location is close to airport, so Uber was inexpensive. The Hotel is well maintained and the view is astounding. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom is huge It had a separate shower, jacuzzi, double vanity and separate areaw with toilet. This makes it easier for one to get ready, I also liked that security first clears you to enter the building before you are able to go to second floor and check in.

Check-in took some time. There was only one receptionist. Also, when I was given the access key to room, receptionist forgot to include WiFi instructions. I had to call to reception desk later and instead of her providing me WiFi instructions over the phone, she asked that I leave my room and come down to 2nd floor to get Wifi instructions. In addition, the temperature of the room was very cold when I first entered. The thermostat was at 65 degrees...that is way too cold. I think initial temp should be between 72-75 degrees,

The location was quite good for my needs and purposes - My conference was at the more expensive hotel next door, the beach was very close, and I could walk both to the historic downtown (although it was a bit of a hike) and to Miramar neighborhood (where I found restaurants, bars, groceries, etc.). My room was very clean, very spacious and had a great view. It was quiet and very safe. It is easily accessible by taxi and Uber, and check in/out was very quick and easy.

There is little with regards to shopping (groceries et al) and restaurants in the immediate vicinity that is affordable, although you can find it with some walking. The breakfast was, well, pretty terrible for someone who is gluten free (lots of bagels, toast and packaged muffins, few fruit options and Folgers coffee from a machine), although the outdoor space for eating it was quite nice.
