my flight was delayed and I was accommodated with no issues despite my 12am arrival. very easy check In. You are able to pay cash for you incidental fee which you will received upon check out. Very Prime Location as it is centered in the T-Mobile district. Parking was available but decided to park on the street which was a short walking distance. Received 70$ hotel credit at the Pool bar for food and drinks which was awesome. Zip-lining and Adventures nearby. Free shuttle to the beach and old San Juan.

very prime location. The balcony was not private , as it faced the sun deck, none the less , it’s a great oppurtunity to sit and see the hustle and bustle of the T mobile district.

A very good choice for people going on a cruise, the cruise port is right next door :-) Very comfy beds and there is a small café in the lobby where you can buy sodas, beer, sandwiches and more. There are also two restaurants in the building. The breakfast is very good with a choice of a continental or regular. I recommend the Egg Benedikt :-)

Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Staff was well informed regarding excursions. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Rooms were comfortable. Housekeeping needed a little bit more attention. Pool and casino areas were all very clean and relaxing. All in all a great vacation. Well worth the prices

The location was great. Walking distance of restaurants and activities. The shuttles to the beach and Old San Juan were great. Plenty to do at the hotel as well. Everything I need for our post cruise stay.

Took several requests to get extra towels. They never did bring the extra blanket we requested. For the price we paid per night, more attentiveness to those things are expected.

Easy access to everything, room service was fast, staff was extremely helpful, the shuttle took you to all of the best local spots like Old San Juan and Escambron beach, and my favorite part was all of the excitement in the casino with live music & dancing.

The need to fix or do better with the parking,having to stamp my ticket every time or not finding a spot bcus there nothing reserved if you staying with the hotel get annoying. They should use the same card you use for the room to open and close the gate for the parking instead of a ticket you need to get it stamp every time you go out.

Staff not very welcoming. ( Visit a Ritz Carlton) Hot tub area needs a full rehab Pool was inexplicably cold!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant! Made me feel very welcomed. The food and drinks I had were delicious. My room was always maintained while I was gone. Loved my stay a lot.

The only complaint I would have was the hallway noise at night. It would wake me up at times.

The location was convenient and close to restaurants and places near by. Also not far from Old San Juan

I was given food and beverage credit but was unaware it couldn’t be used for breakfast. I didn’t realize it had a sticker on the back specifically for lunch and dinner
