The location of this place is amazing. I felt completely safe walking around at night. The beach, great restaurants are just out the door. I loved the outdoor space. I do not want to stay in a hotel that looks just like every other hotel. I wanted the feel of Puerto Rico. This is a basic hotel and I paid basic hotel prices. But it is quirky, had a comfortable bed, nice shower and working air-conditioner. I liked not having to haul my bags down long hallways. I enjoy sitting in the patio with morning coffee. This place gives you top price location, but let's you feel like you are in Puerto Rico. If you need new furniture and are looking for. High end stay, go somewhere else. If you want to be near the beach without paying top dollar I highly recommend.

We loved how Casa del Caribe Inn effortlessly accommodated my last-minute decision to extend my stay, allowing me to remain in the same room without the hassle of checking in and out. The staff’s warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home, and the hotel's superb safety measures and prime location only added to the positive experience. The authentic charm of El Condado was beautifully captured in the hotel’s ambiance, making my stay both comfortable and memorable.

I loved the fact that it is surrounded by plants and trees, giving it that calm nature touch to it which relaxes one’s mind. Every single staff member I met was very kind to chat, friendly, and helpful with doubts and questions about where to go and visit around the area. The rooms were impeccable, very comfortable, and smelled great.

The only two things I would say that could have been better were the wall plugs to charge devices that were loose, and also the Wi-Fi could be upgraded to a stronger one so it can support a better browsing and surfing through the internet.

The customer service was amazing. All the staff was so helpful even when spirit canceled our flight sunday and could not rebook us until Thursday. Casa del caribe really made us feel welcomed and helped without a thought. All of their family owned hotels are absolutely amazing I stayed in acacia as well it was absolutely beautiful and welcoming I will come back

price and location. it is the small kind of hotel we love to stay at. it is not fancy and I’m sure people can point out maintenance issues but it was very clean with staffing issues everywhere it’s not a surprise that the checkin process had to wait until the staff person came over from a sister hotel. staff is very nice and helpful. great dinner suggestion: Ropa Vieja restaurant just a block away. and the beach is two. price so low that two single travelers could have their own room and save hotel money for other things. tons of shops and restaurants in the area and it felt very safe. we were there for just one night before a cruise but the area is worth at least three. nice outside area for sitting around

nothing as long as you know it’s not the Marriott up the street (and at who knows how much more money) but you don’t hang in your room

Very nice place and excellent location. I got a really nice room, large and comfy..well equipped including aircond8tioning and lots of storage space. Right next to the beach and nice cafe's around..Was well received and I'm very happy with this choice of quiet hotel. I am usually picky, and I was very satisfied.

The staff was the best! We had arrived late night almost at 12:30 midnight from the airport and they made sure someone was there to take care of our family. We booked for 1 night only bc we had an airbnb on the west side but decided to go to the condado beach (literally 1 block away) the next morning. We asked if we can still use the outdoor shower after checking out and they went above and beyond. They let us (family of 5) use the outdoor facilities of their sister Inn El Canario. They were so polite and kind. They made us feel at home and I will definitely stay again in either one of their hotels. I recommend them. They're so pretty and cottage like , feels so Boricua. They had a breadfruit tree in their yard. I was loving it all!

The beds were a bit too firm for me other than that it was totally perfect. We loved it!

Just the issue with the hot water heater, the switch turned off in the middle of the night. But not is a complaint already, the personal in the morning fixed it immediately

The staff is extremely helpful, especially the Eddy was very helpful and friendly. He tells you everything that you will need and even after you checked out, he is still very helpful.
