Breakfast offered a small 3-item selection but was made-to-order so it was hot and 'homelike". Fresh fruit, coffee, and juice were served with any of the 3 main options.

I did NOT like being charged the full price of my stay 6 WEEKS BEFORE I arrived. Yes, there was a small warning on the website that they "might charge at any time" but it's unusual to have to PREPAY a booking which has been guaranteed by a credit card already. Also, for other potential guests - just be aware that there is NO elevator or baggage assistance. If you book the best rooms (with a "view and balcony" on the second floor) you will lug your bags up a narrow stairway to get to your room. Parking is not available on-site, you must either "street park" if you find a space or use a paid lot a few blocks away. Street parking in off-season was easy for us but in the high season it's probably not so easy.

Casa Wilson is within walking distance of Ashford St, which has many restaurants and stores. It is also close to the beach, pharmacies, and a walmart. The location is great and safe to walk at night. I also liked the complementary breakfast every morning. The cafe con leche was delicious. All staff members were nice and helpful.

What would make the experience a true 10/10 would be parking. If you rent a car, be mindful you'll have to find street parking or pay for parking at a parking garage. I was able to consistently find street parking just a block away though, so no big deal.

The hotel offers a complete hot breakfast - free- in a little outside area on the side of the building. They’ll take your order and serve up what you’d like. The staff was very accommodating and friendly - storing luggage, teaching us how to use the TV, giving restaurant recommendations, giving us beach towels to take for our afternoon of snorkeling. Plus there’s a little bowl of snacks in the lobby to choose from. There are several sitting areas around the hotel if you have time to sit still! We walked to restaurants for both lunch and dinner.

I can’t think of anything negative worth writing about.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at the Casa Wilson Inn. It was our first time in Puerto Rico and we were so thankful to book this stay. The staff is super friendly and the property is nice and clean. There is an outdoor pool that is open until 11 pm, which was a perfect way to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony too, which allowed us to relax outside while listening to the coqui frogs. They have a fresh breakfast available every day. They serve you fruit and your choice of a main dish from their menu. The location is in a safe area close to stores and restaurants. Also the girl at the desk gave us a lot of useful information for our visit-I highly recommend staying at Casa Wilson!

I loved the location of the inn, it was near the airport, super close to the beach (only 4 blocks away) and to La Placita and the restaurants of Condado area. Marriot hotel is only 2 blocks away – I rented a car there for 1 day to get to a tour and it was super easy to pick it up and to drop it off. The room was pretty and neat, super practical with a comfy bed, enough space for my suitcases and my stuff, a small fridge, a tv and toiletries. The inn and specially my room had that vintage feeling with beautiful tiles on the floors. The room had both AC and fan. The smell of the place was amazing. The pool is private and cozy with unlimited ice and towels. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was even better. I would come back to this hotel many many more times.

I requested cleaning service once during my 8-days stay but unfortunately the toilet and lavatory weren't cleaned and I didn't receive extra bottles of shampoo (only 2 tiny bottles for 8 days).

Breakfast was delicious. All offerings were very tasty. Beach supplies! They had plenty of towels for our water activities. Friendly people at the front desk. Pool was small, but nice for sitting and relaxing. Room 11 had a shared balcony that was pleasant for outside, shaded sitting. Ashford avenue and all the beach stuff was three blocks to the north. We saw a party zone street maybe three blocks to the south. You are near some fun no matter what you like. Street parking, once accustomed to local customs, was free and ok. We visited in a slow month. I cannot imagine finding free street parking when things are busy.

Room 11 lacks storage space. There are places to put things, but not nearly enough if you are there for a few days and you want to unpack. We must have sweet blood. Mosquitoes visited us during breakfast, while on the balcony and while at the pool.

Clean, neatly decorated, decent breakfast. Cute room with balcony. Good price. Lovely historical home. Pretty and relaxing internal courtyard with dunking pool. Really nice day desk clerk helped us print cruise tags for our luggage the morning of the cruise. Huge walk in shower was welcome amenity.

Only one outlet across the room to plug in CPap and phones. Stairs to room and no help carrying luggage after hours when we arrived. We managed though because we brought an extension cord, just in case.....

The location is great; 3 blocks from the beach and short walks to bars, restaurants and a lovely park. Checking In and checking out was the easiest I've ever experienced. The breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs with Ham & Cheese served with Toast. Coffee was great. Fruit was ripe and delicious. The room was actually cold. Because it's Puerto Rico I'm adding it to good list. The ground floor rooms are only tile floors, you might want to wear flip flops in your room or else your feet will get cold.

When you need housekeeping, make sure you put the "MAID SERVICE PLEASE" sign on your door. Otherwise your room will be skipped. The rooms aren't soundproof, and as mentioned the floors are tile. So if someone down the halls slides a chair across the floor, you'll probably hear it.

Booked for two nights to extend our trip after staying at a nearby resort for a week. At check in we were greeted by a super nice girl, she had a great demeanor and made checking in a breeze. She was great to chat with about the area and even had a list of restaurants she’d tried nearby. This is definitely bed and breakfast vibes, an older building but kept up very well. Our room was clean, cute, bathroom was giant and had handrails in the shower. A mini fridge and tv in the room, a shutter window that I think we could’ve opened up if we wanted but we didn’t try. A spot to hang clothes, a desk. Air conditioning in the room, as well as a ceiling fan. Out in the back there’s a small pool that can be heated if you request, they provide pool towels and there were a few sunscreen bottles near the pool as well. There’s a patio with tables to eat at, and patio chairs around the pool as well. Breakfast is included in your stay - they have a few options you can order in the breakfast area during breakfast time, I’m not a breakfast gal so I just had fruit and coffee, which was a perfect cup of espresso made to order, but my partner raved about their breakfast sandwich. Made to order and you can tell they put a lot of love into it. The owner was there our first morning at breakfast, he was attentive to check in about how our stay was going, what we had done in the area, had lots of suggestions and information. Everyone working here seemed great. We had a brief interaction with the security guard coming back one night too and he also seemed great. This location is also a few minutes walk (5-7ish) from Ashford Avenue where there’s a ton of restaurants bars and other hotels, casinos. And just a block behind that street is the beach. I want to note: I had seen some complaints in reviews about their shower not being hot, we did not have that issue at all, there’s an instruction sticker on the shower handle that it seems like people just misread.

Great value for this location, walkable to the lively Placita and also Condado Beach. Breakfasts included and air conditioning works well in the sleeping areas. *Some* of the staff were very friendly & helpful (Karla at the front desk + everyone on breakfast service)

The pool pictured is actually a hot tub which was unusable during our trip as it was 90+ degree weather everyday (and only drops to 85 at night!) The free WiFi in our second floor room was spotty for the entirety of our 3-day stay, but it worked well enough to get by.
