I was scared to book due to reading the reviews but I took a chance due to the location and swim up bar. I’m so glad that I did. The hotel was way more than I expected. I really like the room key elevator key. That’s an amazing feature. I had the breakfast voucher. It wasn’t what I expected however the food tasted amazing. There was a staff member in the kitchen who provided us with a map and told us everywhere to visit and who to catch the buses.

The price of the food.. 4 wings cut in half makes 8 pieces. The cost was $19. That’s ridiculous. I ordered Uber Eats instead.

I LOVED THE LOCATION!….I LOVED THE POOL AREA!….THE LOBBY AREA WAS NICE AS WELL!…THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY!…EVEN AT THE SISTER HOTEL WHERE YOU HAD TO WALK OVER TO EAT BREAKFAST AT!

I FEEL LIKE THE ROOMS NEEDED SOME UPGRADES!…THE PAINT ON THE BEDS WERE KINDA CHIPPED OFF!….THE MATTRESSES DIDNT LOOK VERY CLEAN, THE COVERS WERE CLEAN EVEN THGH WE BRGHT DISPOSABLE SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES!…THE LITTLE TABLE THEY HAVE OUTSIDE ON YOUR BALCONY HAD RUST SPOTS…I DIDNT LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO WALK OVER TO THE SISTER HOTEL JUST TO EAT BREAKFAST AND ONLY ONE ELEVATOR WAS WORKING!

Condado was a really nice location Ocean view was beautiful New Years Eve celebration was awesome.

Beach was small and very unimpressive The room was always extremely cold with no possibility of making it comfortable.

Location was great. The Bay and beach were right in the backdoor of the hotel.

Lobby was beautifully updated but the rooms were old and musty. The TV was so old that we couldn't stream. The bathroom door didn't close and the shower didn't feel very clean. The glass surround had soap scum build up.

Location is perfect and easy to get to from the airport. Due to problems and delays with our flights we were still able to check in about 10.30pm. Breakfast and service in the hotel was brilliant. Our room was spacious as was our bathroom. Loved the pool area and seating outside the hotel oceanside.

The bar didn't stock a lot or many actual glasses and shut far too early. Our room was supposed to have a bay view but it really consisted of the road outside and the facing hotel.

The hotel felt like 2 for one! I loved all the restaurants & pools. Hands down the best breakfast and drinks. I'll be back for the Aperol Spritz with Woodford Reserve. Haha

The rooms could have been spot checked. The rooms were spotty and hair on the floors.

The breakfast was just OK. I got what I ordered. the staff was excellent, super. The front desk, the cleaning staff, the security staff, all very friendly and helpful. the location was perfect. My wife and I had an excellent stay at your Hilton Plaza. I will return. thank you

I enjoyed my stay. No complaints. Not your problem but, the streets really need some work.

I was apprehensive when I booked this place because of all the bad reviews, but it wasn't the case anymore! The wifi was glitchy when connecting, but when it connected, it was fine. The room was clean, the service was great. There was no problems with leaks or bugs or understaffed issues. Everything is fixed in 2022! We stayed in the Ocean Tower and it was lovely. With a little more maintenance to the exterior and the old restaurant location, it'll almost be back as new! Also, the proximity to the Playita del Condado is totally worth it.

It was all coffee in the rooms, a tea bag would be nice. There were minor issues with the general building (missing tag, door lock ran out of batteries, bathroom vent wasn't working, elevator was stuck on the 3rd floor), but the staff was very attentive and fixed it as soon as they can.

Space, clean pool, easy access to the beach. Perfect ocean view.

Staff not friendly they are not motivated, they are like in a bad mood all the time. Room needs some extra cleaning and the paint needs attention same as glass windows.
