We stayed at the Steigenberger Residence in February as a group of five in a three-bedroom apartment, and it was an excellent experience. The apartment was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts we needed for our stay. The staff were absolutely wonderful—helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Room service attended daily, ensuring our space remained tidy and well-maintained. The location was fine as getting around is easy, as taxis are fairly cheap and readily available. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book here again if visiting Doha in the future! Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. Upon check-in, I was delighted to receive a free upgrade to a superb room, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. Additionally, the breakfast spread was fantastic. A great variety of delicious options to start the day, including both local and international dishes. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return for another visit!

The Steigenberger's location is ideal, with the metro just a few minutes away, providing convenient access to travel around Doha. The staff is highly trained, and the housekeeping team is commendably trustworthy. Additionally, the receptionists are notably accommodating and attentive.

At Steigenberger, my stay was overall very pleasant. While every place has room for minor improvements, the hotel's exceptional service and convenient location made for a wonderful experience.

Truly speaking, the entire touch from the environment, staff, to facility are all top-notch....it is an environment that meets all lifestyles - employees are all kin to get you (customer) satisfied, it was all about service with style...I will go again and again, your team provided a warm luxury to us (guests – my family and I), by paying attention to details, friendly that made a big difference plus the soft touch of personalized services such as remembering preferences for toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances, luxury lightings, pillows, room temperature etc. to tailor experiences goes a long way and has created a memorable positive experience for us – my wife and kids (Stella, Nancy, Declan and Miguel) could testify to this as well - in the words of my six (6) year old son Miguel, "Hope we'll be here again by next weekend Dad" – this means a lot to us, A great home away from home….nice place.

The location was perfect, with convenient access to the city’s main attractions. The facilities, especially the pool and dining options, exceeded my expectations. Overall, the ambiance was both luxurious and relaxing.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative about my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was top-notch.

The pool, I feel it should be checked I couldn't stay beyond 20 minutes in the pool as my partner and I started feeling Itchy while in the pool and it became worse the longer we stayed in the pool, so we had to leave and tried to use the shower behind the pool to try and wash up before heading to play tennis for a bit and back to the hotel, but the itchy continued later almost all through the night even after having another at my residence.

Location, the suite i booked was massive and very clean, however the view (i rather have the curtain closed)

i checked out at 11 30 pm and was unable to get a hold of any staff for over 40 minutes, once i took all my luggage down my self, the porter said i have to go to the other side of the building to check out. after waiting for 15 minutes one staff came and only took the room card and said that's it "sir" you can go. i found it unprofessional The same breakfast was repeated without any changes at all for my entire 6 days. nothing new was introduce or served. which made it really boring.

it was an a perfect stay. Loved the interior of the apartment, the location is great, and there are available parking spaces. Spacious room, modern clean bathroom, and great experient overall. I have not been this satisfied since a long time.

The living toom didnt have a window, and the room's window is inside the mall. I know nothing can be done about this but i didnt like that. thats it, everything else was great.

Great room and apartment, all amenities included, was missing washing up detergent for the dishwasher but otherwise not an issue. Finishing was terribly rushed with a poor finish and job but otherwise it's great.

The finishing in the rooms. Chipped walls, scuff marks, plaster job, sealant, all looked very poorly done. Needs a bit more attention on these things to give it the ultimate luxury feel. Entrance for aparthotel is on other side and valet is not always available for apart residents.
