Very friendly and helpful staffs, rooms are big and clean. Two minutes walking to Al Doha Al Jadeeda Metro Station. They offered me free transfer to the airport

There’s no amenities at the room, only soap and shampoo. Poor breakfast comparing to a five stars hotel

Overall, the hotel is clean and a good place to stay at. The room is big, the bed is comfortable. Check-in in the middle of the night was possible. The breakfast buffet is tasty. The location is great to get from/to the airport. The metro station (red line) is in front of the hotel, as well as a supermarket. An Uber to the city was about 10 QAR, one to the airport 20 QAR. We had to check out very early to catch our flight and were given a take away breakfast at 5am. There is free water, coffee and tea in the room. Staff is nice. Shout out to Timothy who is such a sunshine of a person and helped us during times of chaos.

When we checked in, we were given a wrong key and almost ended up in a stranger's room. Once we were in our room, we had to ask for a second towel as there wasn't one in the room. The shower head holder was broken. Not all lamps worked. At breakfast we were told that we had to pay extra although we had booked it already. This problem was resolved after a few minutes. No milk alternatives or lactose free milk. The room / air con smelled a little weird in the beginning. So, not a 5 star experience but still a good choice for a stay in Doha.

Loved the size of the room, it was very spacious. We had a shower and a bathtub, which was great. The staff are super kind to us, especially the receptionists, guards and concierges. I had a great time in the hotel. I love the unlimited water and coffee or tea in our room.

The internet connection was a bit slow, I've been working and had some meetings with my University. I had to share my data. I requested days before I checked in. I wanted to drink coffee and the mugs weren't clean. I had to do it myself. There were stains in the single couch. Also, clean the windows. They're very very dirty!

It was an absolute amazing stay with very hospitable staff and management alike. The location was ideal for a family. The staff made our stay very comfortable; particularly Oliver at front desk and the manager Ahmad. They both were very accommodating and were very hospitable to us. They all were very very good and genuine people who wanted to make sure our requests were all catered to. I don’t generally write reviews but having stayed at this hotel; I really wanted to make sure everyone knew about this place and staff got the recognition they highly deserve. Thank you Concorde and in particular, thank you Ahmad (manager) and Oliver (front desk).

The size of the room, bed and pillows was great. The furniture was in good condition and rooms were quiet.

Amenities were not available upon check-in including tissues, bath robes, dental kits and slippers. Had to ask everything whenever needed. Coffee cups were not cleaned properly, these were just rinsed from last use. The biggest issue was the location of bidet, it was placed on the left side where the tissue holder was obstructing its convenient use. The length of the pipe was not enough to allow usage.

I liked the room. Ease of check in. The day time check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Nice variety. The man making the eggs was so sweet. The hotel was close to subway which was a major plus.

I would have liked access to spa services. It was noted when I booked the room. There were NO spa services. Disappointed in that. The evening/night desk agent was awful!! He was rude and didn't even look up when we approached him to ask some questions. He did not want to help us NOT one bit. He is a very bad addition to the hotel. We encountered him at least two nights we were there. We had to ask the housekeeping staff every day for towels and toiletries. We were two people in the room and they constantly left one bath towel and one hand towel for both of us. We were constantly asking for more towels. Now, having said that, housekeeping was very fast to bring it up to us.

Nice large rooms, Clean linen, big bathroom and good wifi. Staff was helpful at all times. The small minibar fridge, as is typical in these higher end hotels, not my favourite, however, I was always able to get ice on request. Property is right next to the metro. I love my fast food and there is a KFC in walking distance and several small supermarkets. Important to note that the metro only starts operating on Friday's at around 2 pm (This is every Friday). Best place to change money is at the DECC metro stop and the large mall there.

For a 5 star property they need to upgrade their TV's to smart TV's. They also need to replace the outdated minibar fridges which do not keep anything cold with an energy efficient, small fridge freezer combo. Most 3 and 4 star properties have these.

My parents enjoyed their staycation

The location is great which is 1min walk to Metro station Aldoha Aljadeda. Grocery and cold stores are within walking distance as well as restaurants. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were spacious and well furnished.

I was disappointed when I arrived to the hotel that when I booked made sure that the breakfast is included for all the 4 family members but was surprised while checking in that booking made it only for 2 persons. I did my best to settle the issue within the hotel who didnt help and the receptionist claimed that booking.com should sort it out. However, I requested booking.com to solve the problem especially since the price which is already settled remains the same with or without the other 2 extra breakfast but even booking.com didnt help on that matter which made me be very disappointed from booking.com and the hotel.
