The property is great for a nice get away, the buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff at the buffet were amazing.

I did not like the fact that I and my husband wanted a king side bed however there were only two twin beds which were joined together. I would suggest for them to at least king-size or queen size beds for people booking as couples. We were extremely disappointed by the service offered by the receptionist Carolyne, she had a straight face on several occasions and did not have any customer oriented service in her. The other lady seated next to her and the other stuff were extremely amazing and beautiful. I believe for someone being on the reception should be warm, welcoming and have a great service.

The pool is big, The room was wide, The cleanliness, breakfast was nice, the staff was cooperative, the facilties inside the room, Parking Facilities

I booked 2 rooms pool view after reservation on line earlier by 2 weeks. on Check in, they did very bad thing that they gave me the last two rooms away from the center. That's why I didn't enjoy the stay. Besides, I booked a free cancellation reservation and pay at the property, but few days before check thaey called me to pay the money to confirm. The breakfast quality needs to be improved. The villas are away from the pool. No Kids area.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the front reception staff, Flora, was warm, welcoming and very friendly,making us feel right at home. A special thanks to Mr. Afshaan, who surprised us with an upgrade from a room to a villa—this was truly the highlight of our stay! The villa was spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The resort’s pool is a standout feature, and we especially loved the lake-style swimming pool. The pond with ducks added a charming touch to the serene surroundings. There are also great facilities for kids, including a trampoline, ensuring they had plenty of fun. The location is ideal, offering a peaceful retreat away from the busy city of Doha. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and we would definitely return!

Everything great, security guard, front dick all are friendly and supportive ( Mrs. Flora special appreciation for her support), swimming pool live-guards are awesome, and entertainment for kids was great 😊 Rooms Are clean tidy with daily cleaning All bathrooms at resort are cleaned and tidy Coffee shop Serving all types of beverage, and acceptable price. Resort location From Saudi Arabia Custom to Retaj resort 60 km. CCVT Everywhere inside and outside the resort Almost 20-30 minutes away from city center, all malls are similar times mostly.

Need to give more hygiene attention to the Swimming pool 🏊‍♀️

The room was excellent—spacious and well-appointed. It was slightly dusty, likely due to the windy conditions, but nothing major. The pool was temperature-controlled and impressively large!

The air in that area carries a distinct scent, reminiscent of being near a zoo or a location with camels or sheep. The lazy pool river appeared somewhat unclean. Breakfast options were limited, though this was understandable given that it was Ramadan.

Breakfast was excellent, staff are very friendly and welcoming, most thing i like is privacy , we can enjoy as a family in a very private secure place

I request not to supply drinks like pepsi or cola in the rooms ( it will be preferable if you ask the customer he will use or prefer using local drinks like douple up or kenza ? ) as i had to throw in garbage as we are not using boycott products .

All hotel staff are excellent, especially for the pool controller, as well as water cleanliness.

Everything is beautiful, tidy, pool addition and good eating 👍 but which disturbs the sound of flight very strong and the smell of sheep but not bad smell and not strong but the inconvenience of the sound of aircraft is very strong

The property is excellent, staff are all friendly, they are informative. Ive got upgraded to villa. I booked two rooms and both were upgraded to villa, it was very convenient. Everyone is helpful, polite. The pool is huge and clean! Not so much chlorine. They allowed to have outside food delivery too. Overall, its an awesome experience! We were actually there to celebrate my sister in law’s bday! And it was superb! Thanks guys, surely we will book there again!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was comfortable, and the staff were both professional and friendly. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, away from the city's hustle. The swimming pool, with separate sections for kids and adults, was fantastic. Room service was prompt – they responded immediately to calls. A special thanks to Hebba from the reception team for her exceptional assistance. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended!
