This was my 5th stay at The Ned Doha (out of 9 in Doha). I just can't make myself try any other hotel. Greatest asset of the hotel is its team! I love love love all the guys working at the reception and Cecconi's (I just don't visit other restaurants/facilities that often), and my absolute loves are Julie, Kailyn and Hamza from Millie's lounge. Julie and Kaylin usually work breakfast shifts and they make every morning more pleasant and special. Dyson hairdryer and a mini steamer are super nice to have in the room. he interiors are stunning, the beds are comfortable, and despite stunning beauty and expensive finishes, The Ned feels very cozy. I truly consider it my home away from home.

Nothing to mention, I absolutely enjoyed my stay. One more good thing - I left some comments after my previous stays and most of them were addressed. For example, now there are razors in the amenities kits by default.

We are quite well-travelled in the Middle East and all too often 5* equates to either the usual American hotel chains or somewhere with a flashy resort vibe. The Ned in Doha, on the other hand, provides a very welcome touch of class, in an elegant former government building situated alongside the corniche. We found the rooms generiously sized for the rate and throughout the hotel, the Soho Home furnishings and the Cowshed products provided home comfort and a level of refinement. Most importantly, all the members of staff - including the valets, doormen, reception staff, concierge, and waiting staff - were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and polite. The level of attentiveness was spot-on. We would definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ned Hotel, and I must commend Mariam, the housekeeper, for her outstanding service. Mariam's attention to detail was impeccable, and she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was not only spotless but also exuded a welcoming atmosphere each time I returned. Her dedication to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mariam, for making my stay at The Ned truly exceptional.

I loved the hotel and the service was exceptional. The range of facilities and f&b offering is outstanding making it an extremely enjoyable hotel to stay at.

I was initially given a room that clearly a previous guest had been smoking in. However, the staff were quick and efficient in dealing with the problem and allocating me an alternative room. It was frustrating that the outside dining area was closed at Millies - so the only option to eat outside for breakfast was room service on the balcony

Everything about the property was incredible. Firstly, the hotel is located in the former Ministry of Interior building, which gives it a very cool vibe; it is also perfectly situated in the heart of Downtown Doha, with Msheireb downtown and Souq Waqif only a 20min walk away. Secondly, the food options at the hotel are great, especially their Italian restaurant Cecconi’s. Lastly, and by far the best thing about the property is their staff; particularly Nadia at reception and Mohit at Cecconi’s who were both incredibly friendly, kind and ensured to make our stay memorable.

We didn't really have breakfast - if we would have done, it was very expensive...! Staff were polite and room was sizeable with palace view. We really liked to sit in the restaurant by the pool, manager was Juan Robles, great ambience and food! They allowed us to check in early which was fantastic. Also, it was lovely that the hotel used to be the "old home office" of Qatar government, perfect location - such an impressive building and soooo much space internally!

Reception/Concierge sometimes needed some prompting... they were trying to be helpful and friendly though, just perhaps need some polishing around the edges

The Ned is a five star hotel with all means! However, it can absolutely be called something else,which is A Time Machine with its 1970’s experience. Once you arrive at the lobby, you will be amazed at the amount of details from 70’s in the furniture and everything else! Nevertheless, what makes your experience unique and unforgettable is the host, the sheer amount of hospitality was received from Nadia, Yousra, and Omar is recognizable.

Nothing to be disliked, literally nothing. Unless you’re someone who doesn’t like Vintage, History, and rich experience.

From the historic building to the interiors it’s exceptionally well done. Every space was beautifully designed and no expense has been spared.

The rooms were too dark even with all the lights on. Can be depressing to stay there too long. The bathroom had terrible echo and the shower which was a room with a glass door had no light whatsoever. Lighting and sound management are the main issues that need to be addressed.

I love everything about the hotel. From the radio in my room being set to bbc 3. To the Latino music by the pool. Italian restaurant was lovely. The great staff. The beautiful planting. The lighting etc....5 star

The brunch band was off the theme and totally drained the class of this beautiful hotel. It was blaring by the pool so you couldn't escape. But thats only 1 day a week. They should Try to find a band with a bit of class. I would of even prefered a local playing traditional music.
