Staff very friendly, I can't comment on how helpful they are as I really didn't have that many questions or issues for them. The free mini-bar that gets topped up each day is certainly a bonus and well received. Free water fountain in the lobby also was a great touch. Cleanliness of the room on arrival and each day was great, the room was clean and hygienic. I was able to leave my bags for the day after check-out in order to spend a day sight seeing before catching my late flight. Very close (about 5 minute walk) to Bugis station, Bugis Market and Arab Street made it very convenient neighbourhood to be in.

Room was a comfortable size for one person, however for two persons, it may have been a little tight. However, as I am told, this is not unusual for Singapore hotels, so not really a big issue. The show/toilet area is way too close, meaning that when I took a shower, the whole floor, including the toilet was drenched with water.

The price of Hotel NuVe was a significant positive. The lack of windows in the room effectively reduced noise from the nearby mosque's calls to prayer, which was beneficial considering Singapore's humid climate. The room was very clean and well-equipped, featuring a free mini-bar stocked with soda and tea, as well as cookies, Nespresso pods, tea, and instant coffee. The provision of toothpaste and toothbrush kits was a thoughtful touch. The staff were attentive, as demonstrated by emptying the humidifier tank. Furthermore, the hotel's location is convenient, being only 400 meters from the Bugis metro station, offering easy access to Singapore's tourist attractions. Overall, it was considered a great value stay in a convenient location.

Despite the cleanliness, the room occasionally had an unexplained smell of smoke. While the reduced noise from the mosque due to the lack of windows was a positive for some, it's important to note that the calls to prayer were still audible, which might be a concern for those requiring absolute silence

The location was perfect for my activity and was located close by, it was the main reason for booking the activity. The free mini bar was unexpected and was a great bonus to the experience. All the posters added about tourist attractions and must eat were a great source of info. Its about a two-block walk from the closest MRT, easy to get around. Also being behind the Mosque its a great landmark to locate the hotel.

I was shocked there was no window in the room. When describing the room it should highlight (no window) as most booking sights mention this.

I arrived quite early in the morning before the checkin time. Staff at reception are pleasant and nice and they let me in early bcoz the room is ready. Ride from airport is about 15mins+- use grab around $20+-. Room smells fresh n clean. Have free goodies in the room and free cola. Fresh drinking water can be taken outside near the reception. Toilet smells nice with bidet. Housekeeping is excellent. The place is at a quiet lane and the view is just magnificent since Masjid Sultan is just Infront of the hotel. Excellent. Lots of foodies.. Brekkie is not provided but you can just go to the many restaurants and eat 'roti kosong n tehtarik' for $4+-. Hj Lane is just around the corner.. with lotssa affordable souveniors around. MRT Bugis is just like 5 minutes away if the traffic light is green ehe.. it's just so easy. Bus stop is near as well, I used this to go to Orchard Road. I'm very happy with this hotel.

The Rooms were small, But I knew when I booked there was only so much space for 6 of us. No windows felt a little cramped but the lay out was great. Right in the middle & everything in walking distance or short bus ride. For families with a sweet tooth try Uncle Lee's just one block over. Fantastic. We were site seeing most of the days so the actual time in the hotel was short. Rmc

Staff was very helpful. The a/c was in good condition and entering our cool room after a day out in the heat was refreshing. The freebie snacks and cold drinks were very much appreciated. The little refrigerator was also a bonus. We were able to keep leftover food in it. They also provided complimentary drinking water for both hot and cold beverages. Bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were also able to check-in early at no additional cost.

No slippers were provided. The amenities provided by the hotel were more than what we expected and we were very happy with our stay.

Note this hotel does not have breakfast, but there is plenty of options within walking distance to enjoy that.

The hotel location is great. near to MRT Station and very close by to Kampong Glam. Walking distance to Bugis+ and Bugis Junction mall as well. The room is small just like typical hotel room in Singapore, but its comfortable and enough space to open an extra large luggage. The bed is also comfortable. Free water refill you can get yourself down the hall. We booked a non smoking room, and our room had a bit smell of smoke when we checked in. But the hotel staff is quickly move us to other room which doesn't have the smoke odor.

The room has no windows, but it was informed in the booking so its not a big problem.

Although the first impression wasn't amazing, the overall quality of services and accommodation was really good. Daily cleaning service, free minibar, water dispenser - everything made this stay comfortable. The room was quite small, but the setup was nice and convenient. The localization was great, near the two lines of metro (including EW to airport) and on the edge of Arab district and places with great food.

We got room only with built-in glass "window", without possibility to open it. The air conditioning was required to be on all the time.

The Hotel location is very conveniece, close to many halal food stall. No worries if you get hungry. Front desk staff is very trust worthy and friendly. Their room services is superb, tip top and friendly too. Next time, I'll definitely would come again for sure.

The parking is a bit restricted due to a narrow road space.
