location of the property was really good, taxi were available at all times within 5 mins. restaurant were just across the road. for me Halal food was a concern and most halal restaurants and mosque is within 5mins walk. staff is very supportive and friendly. checkin and checkout were very smooth. had club lounge access as well. food and staff both very super great. breakfast buffet also had good variety.

pool closed at 8pm and spa as well.

fantastic location to explore on foot, lots to do and see nearby. taxi is very cheap to all across town - bus stop is directly outside so great if using public transport. abundance of great restaurants. The pool was fantastic to start or end a day exploring. There were room updates/maintenance on our floor and across from our rooms but we didn’t hear a peep. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

one rude/grumpy pool staff member but we all have bad days so benefit of the doubt.

The room was comfortable, check in was smooth and quick. Breakfast was great and it had a good selection of foods. The pool and gym were great. Overall, a good experience but unfortunately the hotel is just too expensive for what is it. I guess it’s Singapore in general.

We arrived and had requested a cot but when they brought it to our room, it was broken and only had 3 wheels. We had requested it prior so thought this would have been organised prior to us arriving at the hotel.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to the Bugis subway station, the entrance was directly from Beach Road through the underground passage at Duo Residences. There was also a bus stop directly at the hotel with a bus going straight to Chinatown. The Arab quarter was right there with the Haji Lane directly opposite my window. A few minutes’ walk down the road there was the Golden Mile Hawker Centre with excellent street food options. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The swimming pool was amazing and In addition to the location it was the reason I chose this hotel, it’s very rare to have such a large pool in a centrally located hotel. The pool also had a fabulous view of Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. I stayed at this hotel many years ago and it is as good as it was then. One small thing to improve- the communication before arrival was difficult, I had no reply to my messages and Booking didn’t manage to get the hotel to reply, either. But thankfully everything was ok when I arrived.

Very nice quiet hotel, good size room. Excellent location. Great staff. Good swimming pool with views of Marina Bay Sands and the Flyer.

Huge fat pillows, not very comfortable. Doors on wardrobe didn't close so inside light stayed on all night. Minor things, didn't ruin our stay.

Overall a very good stay. Very good facilities, excellent breakfast, very polite and helpful staff at the reception and at other services. The superior triple room was high quality, although we would prefer a bit extra space for three people. The pool is exceptional.

One night we had the buffet dinner at Ginger restaurant. Although the breakfast at the same restaurant was superb, the dinner is too expensive for the quality of food offered.

During my 6-day stay in Singapore, I had the chance to enjoy the hotel, although my health wasn't at its best. There were some delays and inconveniences due to recent program changes. Check-in took quite a while, and the system issues required a reboot, leading to challenges in booking spa and dining at the hotel restaurant, which were resolved the following day. Despite these inconveniences, the staff was incredibly kind and apologetic. Munn went above and beyond to help me when my SIM card stopped working, staying with me until the issue was resolved, and Sintel fixed it in no time. The food at Ginger was decent but didn't amaze me, although the breakfast was generous and delicious. I tried the spa but was not entirely impressed with the massage, which felt more like a gentle caress. However, the therapist's nurturing energy was healing, given my emotional state at the time. In the end, the hotel is on the pricey side, but that's to be expected in Singapore. The nice hotel and the wonderful staff made my stay a happy one, providing the space I needed to heal.

Generallly all the service staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, housekeeping staff kept everything neat, clean and tidy when we came back in the evening. Hotel located just across arab st, where there's plenty of good food and gifts to get.

There was only one front desk staff when we reached to check in the evening. So it took a while before we got to her. We would recommend a ramp to facilitate wheelchair or strollers. For breakfast, We would recommend dispensers for the milk and juices. This would be more convenient for everyone. The glass jugs are heavy and can be very slippery to hold.

Great location, close to everything with lovely decor and styling in the common areas. Beautiful gardens and a great pool and gym. We also enjoyed the breakfasts there and exploring the many Mediterranean restaurants across the road. Short taxi to the Gardens and other tourist experiences. Would stay again.

We requested the rooms be close together as a family with interconnecting doors, however, the only option for these are at the back of the hotel with not a very good view. We ended up moving to two separate rooms with my husband and son in one and my daughter and I in another, which wasn't ideal but we managed.
