location! Masjid Sultan is nearby!

i dont know to say this but when we arrived and got our room, it was fine until we found a women thing under the toilet sink. It was disgusting! We believe that that was previous guest’s belonging but it is the cleaner’s job to clean everything before the next guest come, isnt it? We told the staff and they took it. iuyyy! it was disgusting though. even to remember and write it in this review. Still bad experience.

I love the Tatami Rm. Compact but beautiful. Shower was excellent!! Thr Reception who serve us was friendly & helpful. 2 thumbs up!! Its just a bit noisy at night since the hotel is by the road. But other than that I would love to come again!

What I like the most is its PERFECT LOCATION! There's a 7 Eleven store just across the street, and that's also where the bus stop is which made it easier for us to get around the city. Most of the restaurants open at 10am but if you're an early bird you can grab breakfast from the cafe downstairs for about 10 SGD, if you like walking around there are also hawker centers a few blocks away: Albert Centre Food Market near Bugis Street Market and a few steps away from the MRT, and the North Bridge Road Market & Food Centre. It's also near the Sultan Mosque where you can also find a good Turkish bakery, a few blocks away you can find % Arabica to get coffee and take pictures at Haji Lane. The staff was very kind especially Paru, she helped us to check-in without any problem and she explained all the things we need to do to maximize our stay in the hotel. At 8am you can press a button to have someone clean your room. There are fresh towels at the bathroom complete with shower gels and soap provided by the hotel. There's a water kettle and a hair dryer inside the room if you need them. You can also borrow an ironing board and clothes iron from the facility if you need them. There's a small chiller where you can store water or small left over food. The bed and the comforter is the best. It's comfortable and clean, no bed bugs at all since the unit is also new. This hotel is highly recommended and definitely worth the price. Will be back soon!!! ❤

I hope there's a microwave available in the hotel that guests could use when they have food that they need to reheat. The lighting in front of the mirror is a bit dark so it's a little difficult to put make up on but so far all is good, it's still a great experience.

My fiance and I really loved the room, the concept and the fact that it's very convenient for us to find good food.. Small room, but cosy and very clean for us. Love the colours and the shower so much.

Great location - right in one of the best/most interesting neighbourhoods in Singapore and reasonably close to the main places of interest. The room equipment and furniture is super modern. Good value for money.

The noise. The walls/doors provide no sound isolation whatsoever, therefore you hear everything that people are saying even in other rooms, meaning no privacy plus often getting disturbed during the night. However, I was able to fall asleep even with the noise/sounds, so it wasn't terrible. Housekeeping staff could do a better job - there was a TON of dust accumulated at the top of the shelf/wardrobe, because they have probably not cleaned it up there even once.

Neat and clean. Most probably because it's new. Staff were nice and friendly. Love the shower area. Cool and comfy place to stay. There are nearby restos and convenience store

Staff should have advised guests on how to use the call put buttons inside the room if one requires for the room to be cleaned. Noise can easily be heard outside of the room especially if there are guests arriving and entering the premise late at night. 8-10mins walk to and from the metro (not covenient when the weather is humid)

Really love how clean the place is! No signs of dirt at all and you can really see how the staff makes sure that the place is well kept for the next guests. And since it’s a newly established hotel, every facilities are in top condition.

Some of their drawers have sharp edges so you gotta be careful. Hopefully they’ll fix this soon since guests with toddlers could get into an accident.

Everything nice, new, comfortable, quiet and clean. Small, but definitely good enough. After all, in Singapore there's plenty of things to do besides of sitting in a hotel room. ;) Walking distance to the center, comfortable connection to the airport by SMRT. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was really nice..it's near to everywhere..most likely is the mosque really near from the hotel. It's easy for u to find a restaurant.The staff helping so much..the room is clean..don't look from the old building..once ur stay here u will exactly want to come again..thank u JJH Hotel for make my trip wonderful
