It's 10 out of 10! I'm absolutely delighted with this place. Impeccable service, top location and my Room 402 is definitely the best. Ok, it's small but Room 402 is very well designed and it's quiet and self sufficient. I didn't use their laundry facilities but it's useful in case you need it. Now, the service and support are no less than sensational. Andrew, Shannen and Ryan really deserve to be acknowledged for their dedication. I was initially apprehensive about the digital keys, etc. Honestly, it's ok. These guys are clued up. You call, in less than a minute they will respond. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed. Truly recommended. Thank you Shannen, Andrew and Ryan. Until next time!

I stayed at 'Heritage Collection on Arab' for a single night. After the reservation on Booking.com, I was added to a WhatsApp group, and all the instructions & details on my stay were briefed clearly. The instructions for mobile check-in were also debriefed clearly. On the day of the check-in, I managed to get through the front door, but there was an error on the mobile check-in app for my phone's Android version. However, a staff member was present and he handed over a physical room card, so I could use it to open the doors. The hotel is situated in a central location on Arab Street and with a couple of minutes walk to the Sultan Mosque. It is easily reachable by public transport & Green & Blue MRT lines are within 10 minutes of reach by foot. My single studio was on the 2nd floor and it was accessible through the elevator. The room was small but had everything required for a perfect stay arranged in a very orderly manner. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. The complementary laundry service was very useful as well (there was a washing machine & a dryer on the same floor). During the checkout, I was able to keep my luggage to be collected in the afternoon. It was simply a perfect stay in Singapore.

I liked the check-in and check-out via the Heritage App. The communication was clear and fast. A good hotel for a solo traveller. Location is also great. On walking distance from the big malls.

The bed could be too small if you are a tall person. My room was on the 4th floor and the bed was under the sloping roof. My feet touched the roof some times and im 172cm

Really close to the city centre, in the Arab neighbourhood, next to the mosque. Metro station within 7 minutes walk and the area fest quite safe. If you're a fan of Turkish cuisine, this is the spot. And if you want to go out, there is a very hip street with plenty of pubs 3 minutes away.

Loud in some evenings due to the next door dancing classes studio and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, probably coming from the pipes.

The communication was excellent. Divina, Shannen, Mae and Ryan are truly good at improving the "guest experience" and very polite communicators. When I needed an additional bedsheet (the bed cover is too heavy unless you keep the room very cold) they quickly left one in my room. Thank you!! I was also pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer were free to use and they also provided powder laundry detergent. Thank you!

The room I booked was extremely small, my fault, so if you can afford it go for the bigger room. The Digital Key on my Android 15 phone did not work. Thankfully they had a Plan B in place and provided a physical card key. Thank you!

A big shoutout to Andrew, Shannen, and Ryan for warmly welcoming me to the hotel!!! I came to Heritage on my birthday and they wrote a super cute birthday card. I felt so well loved🥰🥰 Also I loved everything about the hotel. The room was like a mini studio apartment and it was so cozy😊 I extremely enjoyed every minute of my stay there. It’s located in downtown area so commuting to places using public transportation was so easy for me.✨ I’ll definitely coming back here next time when I come to Singapore again!!!!!🫶🫶☀️☀️ Thank you so so much guys. The location is perfect. Very near to the Bugis MRT Station. The room is very clean, very practical overall. It has a great ambience within the the room. Bed and pillow is superduper comfy. The staffs are all very friendly. Thank you very much Mae, Divina, Ryan & Shannen for this amazing hospitality.

I dont like the check in process where we were held in tight corridor with no air-cond on a hot and sunny day just to fill in info for check in. We appreciate if HC could improvise by installing an air cond.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Heritage Collection on Arab. The hotel is is strategically located in the city centre. The price is definitely value for money! (I travel frequently to Singapore, so I can say this is the best hotel with affordable price) The room & toilet are both super clean with aircon, water heater, bidet/jetshower. Surprisingly, they also provide iron and hairdryer in your room. Washing machine can be used for free. The team (Shannen, Andrew, and Ryan) is helpful and replies promptly when we have any enquiries. Easy self-check-in with 24/7 support from the team. I even could ask the team to keep my luggage after check-out.

These are not what I don't like, but more of sharing some aspects for potential customers. The room is quite small (don't expect much, it's Singapore anyway. Other properties with the same price are usually a shared dormitory of 6-10 people). So that's why I say this is already the best price for private room which is super comfy and clean, though small. No drinking water, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided. But it is definitely worth the money given the facilities & strategic location. So it is still highly recommended!

Budget-friendly accommodation with helpful staff (thanks to Mae, Divina, Shannen and Ryan) answering my questions remotely. Spacious bathroom.

- (not a cons) this is my first windowless experience and I don't think I'm going to repeat it :) - (this too) there was a halted dehumidifier with a full tank, I didn't have an experience with such kind of devices since we are humidifying our living space instead, so having an instruction would be great - (well, this is too) i was forced to install WhatsApp, really terrible app - I deducted one point because wifi was terrible and at the same time flashing me with a blue ring during the night

It was lovely. We had 2 rooms - one single and one double. Of course rooms are pretty small, but it is a Singapore!:) it was pristine clean and there is free laundry - you have access to washing machine and dryer and to powder. Also after the first small trouble with the app, you will get used to it and no more problems with entering your room! Oh and don’t forget your adapter for sockets - only Singaporean type (not usual “hotel chameleon socket”) Over all lovely stay and perfect staff! In shortage: Nice neighbourhood also good access to perfect MRT junction station, clean room, helpful staff.

No classic reception - so if you have any trouble with your room key, you are in a big trouble! There is a tablet at the entrance, but we met a German lady, who had really big troubles with the check in process - the app doesn’t confirm your check in right away (so make sure you made it at least 12h prior arrival - and beware of time change;)
