Lobby Glass Front door needs attention (hand prints all over ) 4 days stayed never once cleaned outside sitting tables and floor needs to be cleaned and refreshed Front sitting/check in area Need plants or a bit touched up to make it more comfortable for your guests

The hotel is a 10 min walk from the metro and my room although it was small it was very clean, quiet and comfortable. For the duration of my staying which was only 2 nights, it was perfect, I could not ask for more. Additionally the staff was really nice and friendly.

The room was very clean except the room and toilet are super tiny! It was a good thing i was alone,. If for 2 persons would be super duper cramp! Apart from the room size, the services, cleanliness, location are excellent! Accessiblity to public transportation, eateries are great. There are 24 hours eateries in the vicinity. Travelling to town is a few train stations away, which makes this location very convenient. Grab transport is also very easy to travel around for my work.

The room and bath are super tiny. My first time in such a super tiny space,. haha

Cheap & cheerful accommodation in a lively (dodgy?) part of an expensive city. Plenty of food options and convenience stores plus some colourful characters in the area. Easy to find and access from Aljunied MRT for able-bodied guests. Taxi recommended for anyone with mobility considerations. My room was compact but fresh (renovated?) with a window - unsure if they all have them as I requested it. If you get a window, don't expect a view ;) Hot & cold water dispenser in lobby - BYO bottle.

Not much to not like. I'll probably stay there again for another overnighter between flights.

Honestly a very good place for a smaller budget. Room was small, but we had enough space for luggages. Very clean room with good hot shower with curtains. They also provide cold and hot water at reception. Wifi was good and location was very good, buses are 2 minutes walking, 12 for metro & you can be downtown in 15 minutes in both options. There is also a very good restaurant 1 minutes walk.

Bathroom had a sewage smell so we had to keep the door closed. Road is a bit weird at night but I didn’t felt unsafe either. Just walking by anyway.

This property is well located a short walk from Aljunied MTR railway station and from a main road with a number of bus services. My room on the top floor was quiet and the double bed was comfortable. The room I was initially allocated had a loud air-conditioning type noise coming from a grill in the ceiling. A very pleasant receptionist named May moved me to a quiet room on the top floor for which I was very grateful. After checking out my luggage was safely stored until later in the day.

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews, but honestly, I had a lovely stay here. The best part was the jet bidet, or whatever it was called! Not all hotels in Singapore have this, so if it’s something you consider important, this hotel should be on your list. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re bringing kids, as the surrounding area is a bit shady. However, with a group of adults, this place is worth the money. It’s a short walk to the bus stop, and there are plenty of nice food stalls around.

Small but clean and quiet room for a reasonable (for Singapore) price, with friendly staff. Nice that we had the option to pay 45$ for later check-out at 6 p.m. Indian restaurant near the hotel was cheap (for Singapore) and with good meals. Not so far from metro, direct line to airport

Price policy. We ordered the room a long time in advance, and on the day of arrival we rechecked the price on booking.com and found our room much cheaper than what we ordered, and many rooms were available. But the staff was not allowed to cancel existing booking and book for the current cheaper price or change an existing booking. People on the reception said what they cannot change that, but "upper" staff also did not respond a long time. For sure, I was able to block my virtual card used for this booking to not pay fees and book again from my wife's account.

Your staff were exceptional Jeff checked us in very efficiently. Your showers are amazing..great presure Banwani was so polite and helpful she came to our rescue by fixing our bedding Her service skills are amazing.

Your bed are not comfortable the springs in the mattress dig into your body making it uncomfortable to sleep .. Banwani place more comfortable padding on our single beds and it was manageable… not once but twice when we returned from Cambodia to stay another 2 nights before flight back to Melbourne. She convinced us to stay again promising a better bedding. She deserves a pay rise Thank you Belle Sanmann
