Location and very smart.

We had ants all over the kitchen at one point. They also took all payments up front including putting through (actually charging) an incidentals deposit of $500. So having used a UK credit card, I was charged conversion rate and a fee for use abroad. When I left the receptionist did a credit for the money and glibly said ‘don’t worry, you will get the money back in 2-3 weeks! I will get the same fees again. When I told her no other hotels did this she became really aggressive and I had to tell her not to get aggressive with me.

Beautiful place with magical gardens even with some muffled construction noise (which we were told of in advance). Staff were amazing, beautiful service and very polite. We have been here many countless times in the past. The grounds were immaculate. The kitchenette was well appointed. Kids would love this place, magical pool. Lovely beds and luxurious finishes. Walk to Orchard area.

We used to get more bathroom amenities like toothbrushes, sanitary pad bags, shower caps, comb, sewing kit, shoe shine etc in the past, before Covid hit travel the industry. Now the shower gel and 2 in 1 shampoo / conditioner is wall mounted in the shower in large containers and looks very basic. No cushions on the sofa. One of the phones was not working (in the lounge in room 09-07). The rice cooker was old and took longer than the one we have at home plus there was no rice measuring cup. Though luxurious, the soft furnishings need upgrading - lampshades etc. Limited options on TV. No dishwasher or laundry in the room. Laundry on each floor is shared.

Location and was comfortable room despite in need of a refurbish

Apartment across from us appeared to have many people staying that spilt into hallway with luggage, food wrappers and shoes with one guest basically living in the hallway for 3 days. Some pool maintenance was unexpected but main hotel pool was great. Some issues with credit cards on arrival. Noted during my visit this happened quite a few times to other guests too. Suggest to look into it (appeared more with Australian cards) or more training as on departure staff processed our bill in a manual manner and there were no dramas.

The room and the facilities in the room were perfect for what we needed. The use of the main hotel for Breakfast and the pool was great and convenient and having a little bit to start off was excellent EG: Bread, Butter, Milk etc

The location was the biggest downfall. To get to an MRT is a walk which isn't pleasant when raining or hot. The hotel does run a shuttle but that doesn't start until 11am which I think is too late. To get most places we ended up doing Grab's (Ubers)

The location is very convenient and on a very quiet street so there’s no traffic noise at night. The apartments are more spacious than the average serviced apartment and living room and kitchen are separated from the bedroom, which is perfect when cooking so that smells don’t invade the entire unit or for working and relaxing somewhere other than the bedroom. There is a laundry room with detergent already provided and the pool area is quiet compared to the main hotel facilities.

The housekeeping is only 3 times a week. The overall decor and taste are a bit dated. Kitchen appliances and the unit AC controls are in need of some upgrading. It is obvious it’s an old property even if it’s all well maintained and in working order.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. The apartments (at least the one I had) had a bidet which is a great thing for me and the Muslim and Asian people. Both of the swimming pools in the apartments and the main hotel were clean and well maintained.

My wife was repeatedly complaining that there are Ants in the apartments, I never saw them though. It will be convenient to highlight the Halal and none Halal food on breakfast dishes name cards.

A great alternative for families with an excellent pool right on the doorstep of the apartment. Excellent breakfast a short walk away in the main hotel location. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The rooms are just starting to look a little tired but this is more than made up for by the location, pool, staff and a 2 bedroom apartment with use of the main hotel facilities.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was absolutely perfect. Spacious, clean, quiet, comfy beds and a kitchen for small meal preparation. They even left us breakfast for the first day and a bowl of fruit. The facilities are perfect - great quite pool area, access to gym at the hotel next-door, off-street driveway for easy taxi pickup, friendly staff, laundry facilities and good room service. Easy walk to Orchard Road but away from the hustle and bustle of the main road.

Slightly dated with no modern comms like USB ports, but they've done a good job to still keep it fresh and clean.

the only issue with the room , there isnt a place to hand our handwash clothing.during the stay we do have invite visitors , but there is something we didnt invited her to come daily , but she can manage to take lift up , without the scan card . my visitors from oversea asked how can your front desk staff did not double confirm and let her access in .

Exceptional staff who are always willing to lend a helping hand. Our young daughter was crying for milk and we had just finished our cartons in the room. The staff was kind enough to get us one pack even during the night. Also, it was our wedding anniversary during the stay. The staff was kind enough to give us a surprise cake and somr chocolates to celebrate the occasion. These are just two of the many ways through the two weeks we stayed that the staff went our of their way to make our stay as good as possible.

There were several ants inside the apartment. Despite the staff treating the room, there were still ants in multiple places within the apartment. Also, our apartment was facing a construction site where rhe noise during the weekdays is quite high. As were also working from the apartment, it was challenging at times. However, this was mentioned during the booking time itself.
