The hotel is near Lavender station (near Bugis and City hall area). It is very easy to go out for sightseeing and go to airport. Although the room is a little bit small but it is comfortable.

The room is clean but it seem the staff did not changed my bed sheets during my staying periods, e.g., 6 nights. For a long trip, it may not appropriate.

Good location

The young staff at the reception was very rude to us. Did not expect that from this property. However the more veteran staff were much friendly. Will suggest this property to please please properly consider who you put at the front of your desk as it is the face of the institute.

The accessibility of the hotel to where ever we want to go, food, and place. Staff especially Mr. Reyster Ang who was very professional, customer service expert and handled some challenges very well. He and other staff made our stay (1week)comfortable and stress free. Food was good and price was fair enough. Dining hall was also clean. I would like to the recommend the hotel and it's staff. Value for money, safety and accessibility is very good. Place was always full because of how they treat their guests. Will be coming back for sure ❤️

No bidet and bathtub. But it's okay.

I have visited this hotel a few times and what attracts me to the hotel is the location which is away from the tourist areas. Short walk to SMRT (Metro), buses and food court with reasonable prices. The room was clean, comfortable and the service desk staff were good.

I had to pay an additional 200 Singapore dollars for two rooms for 5 nights. With the exchange rate to AUD the room final price was not reasonable. The taxes and possible additional costs should be advertised / mentioned so we can select a hotel within our price range. Some of the tourist are very rude and should have better manners in the small foyer and lift area.

The location is super convenient, just a few steps away from the MRT station with plenty of food and drinks options nearby. There is also a money changer, convenience store and pharmacy downstairs. The room is clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

The cleaning could have been more thorough, I still spot some dirt at certain spots. The room is small, but that's par for the course in SG. The room could have been more soundproofed as you can still hear conversations when people walk past your room at night. The water from the sink tap is super hot nearly burning my hands, no matter how much I adjust the water still remains super hot. The lift is super slow and there are way too many guests loitering in the lobby making noise and blocking the path. The crowd control could have been managed better in the lobby. More toiletries could have been provided as well for the price you paid.

Location is excellent and right above the Lavender MTR station so very convenient to get around. There is a hawker stand and other food downstairs as well as another outside on the other side of the Kitchener complex (different selection and more local type). There is another 24hr laundromat in that complex as well. Pool is clean and well maintained. Towels and showers are available in the pool area.

Our only gripe is the lifts, there are 6 of them but the timing and how they operate is a bit shocking. This is our 2nd time staying here in 2 years and they were the same then.

Excellent location.

It was so noisy during the first night of my stay. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It would have been nice if security could ensure people are quiet, especially at 4am in the morning.

The location is excellent, MRT is just below the hotel. A lot of eateries around and a supermarket is just a block away which is very convenient. The hotel is quite at the centre of everywhere so to go any tourist attractions is very easy by any means. The hotel does not provide any laundry services or provide any iron and ironing board to your room but there is a coin laundry and dryer (SGD$5 for laundry and SGD$5 for dryer) and 2 iron and ironing board available on level 3.

If you prefer bigger room then this hotel is not for you it is quite small but thanks to the big windows it give a senses of a bigger space overlooking the city view. There is no bidet / hose in the washroom but that is just a bonus if there is one.

We love the location of the hotel, super accessible to MRT, food court, malls, money changer and ATM. It is also Senior and Child friendly. the room is still spacious same with its bathroom. The room is being serviced everyday - meaning we have clean room, fresh towels, linen, slipper and mat everyday. Check in and check out is seamless and easy. They also have weighing scale for luggage outside the hotel which made packing so easy. We surely and definitely book this hotel again if we got a chance to visit Singapore next time.

Although there are many food choices during breakfast buffet, not all foods are delicious. Some foods are bland, some doesn't really taste good. Also there are few choices for kids, we would appreciate it if there are pancakes.

The stay was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but they were clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. There was a gym and swimming pool also present on the premises. The hotel location was excellent! The hotel was located right next to an MRT station. Little India and Arab Street were also nearby. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a really good, budget-friendly stay.

The size of the shower stall in the bathroom could be increased.
