The hotel is near Lavender station (near Bugis and City hall area). It is very easy to go out for sightseeing and go to airport. Although the room is a little bit small but it is comfortable.

The room is clean but it seem the staff did not changed my bed sheets during my staying periods, e.g., 6 nights. For a long trip, it may not appropriate.

Good location

The young staff at the reception was very rude to us. Did not expect that from this property. However the more veteran staff were much friendly. Will suggest this property to please please properly consider who you put at the front of your desk as it is the face of the institute.

The accessibility of the hotel to where ever we want to go, food, and place. Staff especially Mr. Reyster Ang who was very professional, customer service expert and handled some challenges very well. He and other staff made our stay (1week)comfortable and stress free. Food was good and price was fair enough. Dining hall was also clean. I would like to the recommend the hotel and it's staff. Value for money, safety and accessibility is very good. Place was always full because of how they treat their guests. Will be coming back for sure ❤️

No bidet and bathtub. But it's okay.

The location is excellent, MRT is just below the hotel. A lot of eateries around and a supermarket is just a block away which is very convenient. The hotel is quite at the centre of everywhere so to go any tourist attractions is very easy by any means. The hotel does not provide any laundry services or provide any iron and ironing board to your room but there is a coin laundry and dryer (SGD$5 for laundry and SGD$5 for dryer) and 2 iron and ironing board available on level 3.

If you prefer bigger room then this hotel is not for you it is quite small but thanks to the big windows it give a senses of a bigger space overlooking the city view. There is no bidet / hose in the washroom but that is just a bonus if there is one.

Excellent location.

It was so noisy during the first night of my stay. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. It would have been nice if security could ensure people are quiet, especially at 4am in the morning.

The stay was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but they were clean and well maintained. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety. There was a gym and swimming pool also present on the premises. The hotel location was excellent! The hotel was located right next to an MRT station. Little India and Arab Street were also nearby. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a really good, budget-friendly stay.

The size of the shower stall in the bathroom could be increased.

the location is the best- literally on the same/sharing building of Lavender MRT, this is a huge advantage and a must for those who will be using MRT frequently to travel within Singapore city. easy access from Changi airport as well, within 1min. walking distance there is food court and chain joints, money exchange, SIM purchase etc.. so convenient, check-in and check-out was very quick

buffet breakfast is more focused on South Indian dishes, our room 964 had a slight damp odor in the washroom as the exhaust fan up on the ceiling wasn't working. notified the room staff but it wasn't addressed. the shower area was very small. everything else was fine.

Location was great with lots of eateries around and one station down from Bugis. Hotel is literally on top of MRT station. You would not get wet getting to the hotel from MRT station even if it's raining outside. Hotel also on the same line as the MRT going to Changi airport so very convenient using MRT to and from Changi. Hotel also has a nice swimming pool with a decent gym that could keep you fit while you're on vacation.

We were surprised that the toilet didn't have bidet installed. Most of the hotels in Malaysia and Thailand have bidets. Our beds felt a bit lumpy maybe the mattress are due for upgrade.

We came for the Singapore GP we have booked for next year .. we are very happy with the location for this reason The restaurant is lovely food was very nice staff very nice pool was beautiful

We arrived saw 2 single beds .. my husband myself went down to advise we did send an email to ensure we had a double bed room .. the gentleman behind the desk said NO you can not be moved as we are fully booked .. I said you confirmed we had a double room he insisted that they didn’t do this .. I then showed him the email .. he didn’t apologise.. he said you will be moved tomorrow.. not good enough The pool is beautiful.. well presented lots of lovely white towels may I say disappointing only a few pool lounges .. you have so much space more lounges would be great

Room was a bit small, although I already knew it. But we managed it, only sleeping in the room nothing else. Location was ideal because there were lots of food options to choose from! Just the city is a bit far away, but there’s the MRT just below the hotel, which we didn’t use. We used grab and it was also convenient and affordable. Breakfast was a bit disappointment lots of fried food, no healthy options. Customer service was great, although on our way to check in the lady at the counter was not nice at all. I felt like she was rude and you could see it on her face. Oh and not to forget! I was surprised they cleaned the rooms every day and changed our toothbrushes too!
