The view, of the city Brasov, the service in the restaurant was fast, nice polite waiters, the dished delicious. The service at the reception check in and out was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast

The water in the pool was not warm enough for my liking:) one other thing I did not like was that I schedule a massage for 10 am ,when I went downstairs at 10 am the lady was not there ,she showed up 10 minutes later cold with no apology for being late ,but that was not the problem ,the problem was that when she started the massage her hands were cold her nose was running, and the oil she use was cold as well ,so maybe arrive 10 minutes earlier and have yourself set up ahead of appointment. :)

Amazing location with amazing view from room 409. I will definitely ask for the same room on the next stay. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety from where you can choose. Lovely staff that is always available to help. The restaurant and the dishes - I don’t understand why the chef does not have a Michelin star, because everything was exceptional.

There are a few things that could be improved: - have a more clear explanation of where you need to go for breakfast and dinner. Each guest might be confused when they are having breakfast in the ground floor and they are sent for dinner across the road, in a different location/ building. - fix the “waterfall” from swimming pool. Is a shame for the kids not to enjoy it. - swimming pool area it becomes mouldy around the edges and needs a proper clean - same mould it appears in the room, in the shower - there is no king size blanket on the bed. The hotel offers only single size blankets.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a Superior room, which was very nice. The room was spacious and had lots of light. We also had a balcony which is a big plus. The gym is really well equipped with everything you need. The pools were also nice and clean. They are very helpful to be able to cool in summer days. The parking is big enough and a big plus, as this is pain point for most accommodations in Brasov City Center.

The location itself is a bit far from the city centre if you need to walk during summer heat. However, regular taxi or Uber can be called. Both options arrive very fast and the cost is between 11 and 15 RON from the Hotel to Piata Sfatului, which is a good price; it also takes about 5 min ride.

Very comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff, daily cleaning of the room, the pools(although it would be ideal if the outdoor one was heated!!). We had a lovely time here.

More snacks available at the pool especially for kids. If they would sell ice-cream there they would make a lot of money in summer. It would be nice if it was a bit more child friendly by either having a playroom with some toys or an outdoor playground to keep little ones entertained. That was my view anyway travelling with a 5 year old.

As a guest promised free parking ,when I came we struggled finding a place to park. because there was a wedding. many hotels prioritize their guests over wedding invitations. the reception officer told me "good luck". second there were a lot of steps to certain levels . my mother was old and struggled to get to the reception. not even a ramp. there was no hot water in the evening because of power shortages.

. Lovely hotel set just outside of Braşov. The facilities are great and you feel removed from the city despite being only a five-minute drive away.

While it has lovely facilities, the staff at reception took AGES to check us in. In addition: they were unable to source a six-person taxi. In addition: the restaurant did accept our late arrival but pressured us into hurrying our meal and then expected a large tip. The service was slow in the restaurant which compounded the issue

Nice hotel, very nice pool (temperature of the water was ok, clean around it, plenty of sunbeds), nice fitness area (clean, adequate number of fitness equipment, ventilation ok). Breakfast was fine with a variety of choices (very good selection of cheese). The room was clean, we didn't had enough towels but we called the reception desk and they sent someone with the missing towels within 5 minutes.

Atention to details: for a triple room one single hook in the bathroom isn't enough, also no shelves in the bathroom for cosmetics/hygiene products. Not enough space in the closet for a family of 4 (maybe you could move the safe). It would be nice to have a kettle in the room along with some tea and coffee.

The hotel is from a high place close to the city and Fiona in Brasov. The hotel is renovated, clean, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Nice pool for children, plenty of parking. We took 3 rooms for 10 people and it was very comfortable.

At the time of leaving the hotel, according to the hotel staff, 2 sheets and a towel were missing from one of the rooms, it was difficult to convince the hotel staff that I had no explanation for the lack because I did not check if the bed sheets are missing befor i used the bed at night, so I have no explanation why they were missing, the situation was unpleasant and unnecessary..

The view overlooking the mountains was breathtaking.

Breakfast is very miserable, you have to order your food which is always the same scrambled eggs and sausages and fresh cut meats. Not a buffet style as is normally. You have to cross opposite the hotel for breakfast since it's not in the same building. If you're a gym guy the gym is equipped with your needs. I used it daily and on occasion it was full of users. The only criticism I can give is the breakfast considering the price.

The location was great. Only 2 min drive to the centre of town. The pool was amazing, and so was the sauna. However, the best bit was the people who worked there. Cristian, on reception, was excellent, very helpful, and polite. Chris, the massage lady, was amazing, too. The cleaning ladies and breakfast staff were all excellent and always had a smile on their faces. Room service was cheap and not bad at all.

The beds could be more comfortable. They are all single beds joined together to make a double, and the mattresses were a bit old and hard. Thats it. No othefmr bad points at all.
