The room was quiet, clean, cool shower. Super great location! Big room, good room service.

The ladies at the reception were super professional and nice. The two men were not great. I had my friend wait for me in the lobby for a couple of minutes while I changed in my room, he asked for permission to use the bathroom and the receptionist who saw us together (he knew I was staying at the hotel) refused and told him to basically wait at the lobby for me without using it because it's only for guests. The second one said I couldn't get a late checkout as promised without thinking maybe to check with some superior before quoting the house rules to me.. I had to insist until he checked and confirmed it's ok. The room was facing another house basically at the same level so I couldn't do anything in the room with natural light, the curtains had to be kept closed at all times.

This is absolutely the best place to stay in Brasov - walking distance everywhere, parking, super quiet rooms (overlooking the courtyard), super clean and comfy rooms (big and with coffee and tea making facilities) but the best is the staff - super helpful (they booked a covid test for us, helped with transport and when there a small thing to fix in the room they did it in a matter of seconds). We will be back !

Clean, modern, close to the centre, helpful cheerful staff

Nothing it was dusk when we got there but drove past it twice as it is in a row of buildings. Only when it was fully dark did we see the illuminated sign. I should have been more observant maybe?

Nice and quiet rooms, central location, good breakfast, helpful and polite staff, good value for money.

No free parking (rather expensive to reserve). However is understandable since there is not too much space for cars to park.

Everything was gorgeous! The room was very clean, the location was perfect - a few hundred metres from the old city centre, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was rich and tasty! We will come back to this hotel for sure! Thank you, Armatti!

Room, Location. Location is great, in the center of the city. You can walk to historical old town Brasov , which is only 15 minutes away.

No complaints

- everything was clean and fresh - comfortable beds - exceptionally helpul staff - safe, minibar in the room - 7 minutes walk to the market square

- the breakfast was OK, but could be reacher

Location is outstanding....the staff are SUPER friendly and helpful....taxi service was arranged, no problems...and any questions were answered quick and professionally

Great location. It's close to the old town, so you can just walk to visit it. Parking is available in the inner yard.
