The apartment is located in a very central position and from there you can basically walk towards the main tourist attractions. The room was also cozy and the bathroom was spacious. We were also able to leave our luggages after check-out free of charge.

We were located on the 4th floor and there was no elevator. Also, just a suggestion, they should put hooks or a small table just so you can put there your stuff. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Very clean room, comfortable bed and the staff at reception were very helpful and attentive. The location is good as it is in the middle of the Old Town and just next to main street. The parliament is very close too, just about 20 minutes by foot.

I knew that the Old Town is a place with lots of bars and restaurants but I wasn't expecting that it will be so loud. There are no noise pollution regulations and both music and people are extremely loud. Even with the window closed, you can hear everything that is going on outside.

The staff is very nice, the location in spectacular, the price of the apartment is very fair and the room is comfortable.

The entrance to the apartment is on an alley and next to a strip club. I didn’t feel at danger but I did feel uncomfortable. The other thing is that there’s no elevator on the building. I had to carry my luggage to the third floor, which was not very pleasant. If you are carrying a big luggage, take this into account. Lastly, the shower didn’t truly have hot water, it was, at most, warm

Breakfast was in a cafe nearby belonging to the apartment and was very nice and value for money. Though the keys aren’t on site they are literally a stones throw away and you are walked to the room and shown around.

Very minor : There was a couple of coffee sachets but no little milks on arrival so couldn’t use the coffee until I found a shop to but some milk.

super Location and the apartment is very cozy, clean and new. no problems with noise even being very central.

the card control at the entrance could be at the main door. one day we arrived at night and there was a person coming from the dark under construction basement with suspicious attitude and a carrying a knife. it was dangerous and scary. the access is also in a very dark alley, neighbor of a men nightclub.

Everything: location, cleaning, amazing staff, definetly worth the money!

If you come with a lot of luggage there is no elevator so it can be difficult to carry up the stairs

Excellent location downtown. Quiet room on first floor. After reading a lot of comments in the area about noise i can say for sure that DeGoya rooms were very quiet. Marc from reception was very friendly and assisted us with restaurant recommendations. PS. photos provided are from when we left the room thus a little bit messy.

Very small bathroom sink. It was hard to wash our faces. We stayed 4 nights, after the 2nd night the heating was closed all day, so we were using the air conditioning for heating. But overall warm building.

This is a compact but modern and clean studio. It has all the things you need for a city break. The bed is soooo comfortable. Location is wonderful for exploring the old town.

Too many stairs. We were on the 4th floor and it was a strenuous getting up there with luggage
