Centrally located and very comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast.

There was quite a loud music coming from outside in the evening (from the historical city center with bars). The hotel kindly provided the earplugs and we slept very well.

I liked the room, the proximity to the center of Bucharest, and the order and cleanliness of the room. Moreover, I appreciated that a bottle of water was offered to us every day since we were often thirsty. The hotel was well-furnished, and the price-quality ratio was excellent. We arrived about 30 minutes before check-in, and the room was already ready. This is not always the case; in other hotels we’ve stayed at in other countries, the room was not always ready right away.

There was no door to close off the shower, so the bathroom got a bit flooded. However, honestly, it wasn’t such a negative thing; it didn’t bother me much.

The location very good and easy for a tourist trip and is in heart of oldtown… so you can feel the vibration of the city but have a lot of gipsys and some prostitutes around the hotel. I really enjoy the room and the hotel

They DONT have parking. I choose Hilton because it says they has parking but they don’t. They just advice you to park 2 blocks from the hotel

For Bucharest, this is a good option. The breakfast is probably their best selling point. Location is good too.

Some staff came across a little rude and abrupt to us at reception. We are from Dubai and have high standards, especially when we travel around the world to 5* hotels in 30+ countries. If you would like further details please reach out to me, as two of your staff we met were great examples, whilst another two were not so great. Oh and also some of the kitchen staff at breakfast looked really young and inexperienced as they were stood in the corner not doing very much.

Convenient, rooms were spotlessly clean, fantastic shower in the en-suite bathroom with high quality branded complimentary accessories as you would expect for a big hotel chain. Very helpful staff who were friendly and approachable. For the disabled member of our party, staff were especially kind at breakfast, supporting with assistance as needed. For those with mobility difficulties, a ramp is available at the main entrance and just a few steps to enter the reception area with a comfortable sofa close by.

The pillows were not firm enough for our personal preference and no spares were available in the wardrobe. No milk offered for those who prefer tea over coffee in the room.

Great location, downtown most are within walking distance. The hotel is new , the staff is friendly. The rooms are large clean and comfortable. Everything like facilities and service is great!

Our stay was for New Year, the rooms overlooked the old part of town which is full of bars, and on 01.01 and 02.01 despite the high class windows until 5:30-6:00 you could not sleep both days, it was terrible because the music was very loud until the morning

We have 3 rooms booked and stayed 2 nights. Thanks for all personels at the reception, at the floors , at the loby and at the bar. They are very kind , friendly,helpfull and good at their jobs.Hygiene and security is the most important for us and the hotel satisfied our expectations.Also hotel location and drinks perfect !! Thanks again for your hospitality again and hope to see you again for our next trip.

It will be better put ear cleaning sticks, laundry bags into the rooms, only suggestion. :)

Location was really good, just on the edge of the pedestrian area of old city so can get a taxi straight to the hotel. If it's your first visit to the city, the old town is where you want to be for the main attractions, restuarants, fountain show (weekend only) otherwise you could be walking for long periods which in 40 degree heat might be tiring. Stayed on a Sunday & Monday night (high floor) and no noise after midnight experienced (also stayed in another part of the city coming back & was more noise from traffic there than had here). Air con was efficient & quiet. View from room was good. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly.

Having a balcony, but not able to get out onto it as windows only open partially, but not a big problem & had the same issue in another Bucharest hotel.

The staff was very kind and helpful. ‏ The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet ‏was very rich. The Omelet was exceptional, and there was a lot of variety. The location of the hotel is perfect. You have a small mini market 2 minutes from the hotel. the hotel is very close to all the main attractions in The Old City. The van Gogh restaurant is 1 minute from the hotel.

I had a small issue with the lighting in the room I didn't have enough light to apply my makeup. also a makeup mirror with a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would have been great. Other than that everything was just 10 out of 10

Is my second time staying at this hotel is for sure one of my favourite in Bicharest. The location is perfect, right at the beginning of walking streets with many restaurants nearby. Also easy to go in any direction. The reception team was very kind and willing to help and find solutions to any of my requests.

Consider that during weekends being right in the city old center, the area can get a bit noisy, however if you plan to sleep early ask for a room towards the inner part of the hotel or towards the less noisy street and it will be just fine.
