Situated so close to the Bukarest Nord (Central) station this is the perfect start for exploring the city. A warm and friendly welcome by the staff at the reception made the best start of our, sadly too short, stay at Hello Boekarest. The 2 rooms we booked and offered by the reception were very clean, quiet and well equiped. Good connections by public transport made traveling aroud very easy. After check-out we could leave the bagage in the luggage room untill the depart of our train later on the day, great service. Thanks very much for your assist to us

great location, amazing staff, room was weirdly planned but clean and spacious enough, aircon was well planned and working, window was openable and had thick curtains, WiFi was really good, elevators were planned to prevent non-guests from going in, nicely planned light switches

no sockets and nightstands next to the bed, door to the room were heavy but not soundproof, one of the elevators was squicking when in use and it was clearly hearable in the room, bed was tricky, theoretically nice not too soft but morning verified

Good price. It corresponds to what you get. A metro station is literally at arm's leg. 24-hour reception. Friendly employees.

The wi-fi signal and the soap in the shower (no matter how much I used I didn't feel clean after). Also, if I were with a romantic partner I didnt feel comfortable with, I would not choose this room since the bathroom door has a big gap on top so in essence is not really separated from the rest of the room. I, personally, had no problem with it since I knew what I was signing up for!

The location is great, 5 minutes to Gara de Nord train station. The rooms are pretty big and they have also air conditioning. For a night stay they are great especially if you get a room at a higher floor and have a nice view of the city. Although they do not have a classic bathroom, everything is fine. I booked a superior room which was better than a standard one because you are not so close to the bath plumbing that sometimes can be a little smely.

The cleanliness of the toilet could be improved, but overall it was fine.

Clean, convenient area near metro, room as expected nice with limited facilities (wardrobe etc), very good breakfast. Recommended for short low budget staying.

The quality of towels ( changed immediately though!) quality of toilet paper and the lack of shampoo or conditioner or shower gel. There was some kind of transparent gel in the shower but with unknown use. As for the toilet you have to be really comfortable with the person you share the room. But this is your responsibility because it is already known from the comments and the pictures.

Good connection to public transport, they respected my wish of a calm room, check in can be done very late and the room offers everything what you need for a city trip. Thanks to Cristian and another colleague I could also leave my luggage while I was exploring the north-western part of Romania, everything worked very well!

The biggest issue would be in case you travel with friends or also as a couple as the door to the shower and the toilet is actually not a "full" door. You can close it but you cannot lock it and it only covers 80% of a "full" door. I honestly don't understand why it was built like that. However, if you're alone, it will be fine.

the room was super comfortable, weird set up but nothing to moan about, just unusual, location was fine, not a long walk to old town not far from the Ro expo center which for me was the main reason for booking, staff were super cool easy to speak to and courteous, i rate it well as a cheap hotel i will add an amazing steak restaurant literally across the road !

Cristi at the reception - outstanding customer service. I had a room on the 5th floor-it was quiet although the hotel location is central. The buffet breakfast was better than what I expected from reviews. 3 types of eggs, 3 types of coffee (2 coffee machines), veggies, cold-cuts, 4 types of cheese, yogurts, fruit, milk, juice, croissants etc. Good location to take the train to the airport or other places in the city. A/c very good and room chills fast.

These are not really complaints! Just observations to clarify expectations. The hotel does everything well for its price. The hotel area is a bit shady at night like many main train stations but nothing major. Romania is very safe just watch for petty crime and have common sense. I walked at 2 AM to the train station no problems. The shower door - water drops on the floor? Tip: just open the doors inside the shower, it's not rocket science ! :) The room is rather basic, but clean. This is not a "romantic" hotel. It is a practical, clean, centrally located hotel with a great balance price - features, and it fits this purpose well.

The hotel is very clean, conveniently placed near the metro and many bus stations, and incredibly close to the train station. They have great breakfast offers with coffee and pastries, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The internet is fast and reliable.

The shower faces the beds directly, making it a nearly intimate situation between friends. There are no electrical sockets next to the beds, which meant charging phones was slightly inconvenient over night.

A great hotel right near the train central station. The stairs to the metro station are right near the hotel, which makes it really accessible by public transportation. The room was quite big, and very clean and comfortable.

I didn't mind that, but the toilet and the shower aren't really in different room. They're separated from the room by a glass (non transparent) door that's not full height.
