Convenient location next to train station and metro, close to the city center. Nice clean room, good spotless sheets and towels. Thick walls prevent any noise from outside. Fabulous breakfast with timing from 6.30-10.30. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Certainly recommend this hotel. I asked a quiet room and was given one in the end of the corridor. It was so calm!

A very good choice for a short stay, travel stop, the area is convenient. Breakfast is good and it has enough room for everyone although is a busy hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped, bed is comfortable, the shower gels have nice scent. The reception staff is very professional and polite. I would definitely choose this hotel again, I had a pleasant stay overall.

Things to be improved: Air-con cannot be adjusted properly on your needs. (in october was working only on hot airflow) while it was still very warm outside and the room (upper floor) was overheated all day in the sun. Staff was very helpful though and solved the problem. At breakfast area the water dispenser was not noticeable (being placed behind the coffee stand and the exit door to terrace) Not an issue but it would be helpful to place it near the juice dispensers. Change the toilet paper into better quality one. :)

the breakfast was nice, very good coffee, staff very active and frendly. The room was ok, the beds and pillows are not the most confortable, but i had worse in expensier hotels. Bathroom was small but that didnt bother us. The shower was very nice, hot water. The only thing which annoied us a bit, was the room temperature, it was very hot and the only way to make it cooler was to open the window, which brought noise from the street. TV was functional and with all the local and international stations :) very important fact for some of us :D. Location is super for the ones which travel by train. The Hotel Restaurant we didnt try, but just accross the street there is a place which serves very good burges.

As an improvement i would suggest addind to the single beds something on the side of the wooden bed to stop the matress to run aside, as it sits only on a wooden board which is flath and shiny. The room temperatures should also be adjusted according to teh warther outside, not just to the season

Location, Location! That is the key here. I had never been to Bucharest and wanted to keep things simple. The hotel is a short walk from the the Gara De Nord Train station. Easy train ride from the airport to the station and the hotel is just a short walk away. Add in the fact that, a metro station entrance is in front of the hotel, you have the city of Bucharest at your feet. The hotel is huge and modern. My room was large and comfortable. The mini fridge worked well and the bed was comfortable. There is an ING bank with an ATM next door. Nearby is a money exchange and a couple of mini markets. Everything you need in a wonderful hotel. The breakfast was good. I stayed at this hotel twice during my visit to Romania. As you can see both rooms were set up the same. Large and comfortable.

They only have two elevators and one was in repair during my two stays. That was an inconvenience but I know the repair/upgrade was due to be completed right after I left

The location is ideal if you wish to arrive directly from the airport to the central station and then walk to the hotel. Keep in mind that like all Balkan cities areas near the station can be a little weird, the same applies for the hotel’a area but l did not feel unsafe in any case. l do not recommend the hotel for young women or for families with little children. It’s perfect for business couples. Tram, bus and metro stops are just meters away from the hotel and you can get anywhere within minutes. Lovely comfortable beds and spacious room. Good security within the hotel since the lift and the in between doors work only with the room card.

The bathroom and toilet are a bit weary.

The staff is so friendly, the room was so clean and has everything. It is close to the public transportations stations.Also the restaurant in the hotel has very good quality of food even when we ordered dinner it was so good. The outside terrace in the restaurant is amazing idea to have your meal outside in the fresh air. The staff provided us with a storage room for our bag from check out time untill we go to the airport which was at night around 9 pm. and it was for free of charge. The reception staff were very helpful suggesting places we should visit. I would definitely come again.

Best location if you want to stay fairly close to the middle of Bucharest but also connect quickly with the public transport (Metro, Busses, Trolleys), the largest train hub in the country (Gara de Nord) and the HC Airport. Big plus - early check-in provided if rooms are available (as it was in my case).

Shower pressure is a little bit low for my taste but far from being inadequate. A few bottle caps from the liquid soap/body lotion/shower gel bottles in the bathroom didn't work properly and needed replacement - minor inconvenience.

Check in at the hotel was smooth and the elevator was really helpful as we were on the 4th floor. Room was acceptable in terms of size and cleanliness but did not have any features that we would rave about. The room smelled fine, fixtures were decent and The restaurant was decent and we had an adequate, well-priced meal on the morning of our departure.

The location was not ideal; while it's convenient being near the train station, this area does not have the "charm" or architecture that you'd want to see while visiting the city. There are a number of abandoned and crumbling buildings around, as well as a number of nice ones. We never felt unsafe, but I'd say this experience skewed our perception of the city and had we not visited Brasov for a few days it would have tarnished our image of the country as a whole.

The hotel is just 5 mins away from the central train station. We stayed here for 3 nights. We had taken two standard rooms and had a very comfortable stay. Some noise is there. Breakfast is average. Pretty much the same everyday, not much options for vegetarians except the fruits and cut veggies. Subway, McDonalds and Carrefour close by. Parking is available at a fees. You will need to walk min 2 Kms to reach center and for other attractions, Uber / Bolt is the best option.
