Super clean, spacious, warm, hot showers, and comfortable beds. Great place to stay close to the train station. We arrived very late, so it was a convenient place after a long day of travel.

Since we just arrived and it was late, we didn't have new sim cards and therefore no access to the internet. Check-in requires use of an application online. If this will be your situation, ask for the wifi password in advance to save yourself any issues.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. The location is great, just a short walking distance to the main train station, but in a quiet street where free parking was available. Great Wi-Fi and aircon.

Staff lacking hospitality skills :(

We came by Bolt from the airport but noticed parking spaces available. This hotel is conveniently close to the Gara Nord train station and we were also pleased to be able to walk to a Kaufland grocery store early the next morning. Room was clean, quiet, cool and dark- just what we wanted for a good night's sleep. Check in went smoothly thanks to the staff promptly answering my questions about the entrance code. Turns out you need to register passport details before getting the code.

We arrived at night and had a little trouble finding Embassy Nord in the dark but a kind clerk at another hotel on the same street pointed us in the right direction. Nice shower and water pressure but some water leaked onto the bathroom floor.

Me and my partner liked how unique and innovative it was to check in and out of the hotel, as well as access both the reception and reserved room with a code on the keypad or simply pressing a button on the phone! The bathroom is a tad small, but really efficiently organized. The TV is quite large, has international channels and it also allows for self streaming, ultimately making it possible to watch anything at will. Moreover, the place is very clean, it smells wonderful and the attention to detail is noticeable throughout! The host is wonderful and available by phone any time, so it is easy to make certain arrangements. Overall, great value for the money!

There was one moment in an evening when me and my partner could hear people speaking in the next room, which made us believe that the walls might be quite thin; despite this, the place quieted down and we had a good night's sleep.

Amazing idea to have a door code and being able to get into the hotel even if the staff is not there. Very modern and forward thinking! The suite was really spacious and warm. I really recommend the hotel!

The hotel is really close to Gara de Nord Station (Main Train Station of Bucharest): 5 min walking. Instructions of receiving the password code of the room are clear and easy. There is water and coffe available at the lobby.

The password code is received at 1 pm. and is complicated to storage the luggage: Staff is not present all day but is usually available at the morning.

I can't fault anything about this hotel - it was only a 5 min walk to Gara De Nord train station and Basarab metro which was exactly what I needed. Their communication was brilliant throughout and when I arrived early on my check in day, they allowed me to sit and work from the reception desk until the room was ready. They then let me into the room (10 mins early) as soon as it was available. I was so pleased with the room, it was spotlessly clean, had everything I needed (coffee, tea, body wash etc) and was so warm and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have need to be close to the train station and would certainly return myself.

Unfortunately the streaming services didn't work on the TV, but there was normal TV with a few English speaking channels.

The location of this property was excellent for us as we were taking an early morning train from the Bükreşti Nord train station the next day. The room was very basic and cozy. The bed was comfy for a one-night stay. The A/C worked adequately.

The Wifi speeds were inconsistent. No breakfast pastries were present as seen in the photos, however, there was a complimentary espresso machine in the lobby.

Comfortable bed, great heating, good water pressure in shower, WiFi was working fast and realiable. Tea/coffee making facility in room and communal area.

Parking was a little challenging: the hotel's private parking wasn't accessible as one other guest had parked skew and blocked three (= all other) parkings. I left the car in front of the hotel, next to the street, the receptionist confirmed that it's safe and it was.

The host is easy to reach and everything around the check in went smooth. The Hotel is really close to the station Gara Nord but in a sidestreet where it is nice and quiet. Our need to store our luggage till the evening was accommodated with no extra fee and in a really friendly manner.

Everything was good. They now also have an electric kettle and cupps and glasses in the room.
