the apartment is very big and it was clean. perfect choice if you have more kids and don't want to share a small hotel room. the pool was nice, clean (but cold) good breakfast

the rooms are outdated the rooms and the bathrooms were really clean, but the living room sofa was disgusting. we put a sheet on top of it just to stay on it. it should be deep cleaned

- apartament needs technical fixes - door lock missing inside so I can’t lock from the inside at night which means that anyone with a valid card can open the door - windows and terrace door in poor condition - doesn’t cancel much of the outside noise and door needs to be handled carefully to be closed

The sauna is amazing. If you’re not a hotel guest you can still use the sauna/pool by paying for €35 day pass. The staff there is very helpful and friendly, very responsive to every question/call. For spa /massage you need to book at least 1 week ahead since they were popular and fully booked.

The location is a bit industrial and a 20min walk from the train station although it is easy to use Uber. Dinner at their Sky restaurant was mediocre, i had a steak with peppercorn sauce and the steak was overcooked, the sauce was not great, but breakfast was good.

All staff been very friendly!!! Reception good communication exactly what you expect!!!Cleaners overall do their job excellent!!! Restaurant breakfast had choice and been tasty the staff make sure everything is loaded!!!Room service quick as you think and tasty!!!Indoor swimming pool has beautiful interior!!!! Apartment have everything what you need coffee machine,oven,2 fridge, microwave, washing machine.Large living room with big sofa there was 2x air conditioners plus all rooms had heaters 2x terrace with beautiful view French door with blinds so overall 10/10 don’t miss to reserve your next stay!!!!!!!!!!!

Good location practically close to everything if you have a car, there’s a carefour right by where you can buy anything you need. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious and practical with a nice view of the city and a balcony, loved the fact the apartment had a washing machine . The swimming pool access is a big bonus especially if you’re traveling with kids and want a laid back day or half day in the hotel.

Not very accessible, we had a stroller and several suitcases and there’s a flight of stairs leading to the reception with no ramp, no one offered to help or even inform us there’s an alternative entrance in the back if the building with accessibility… also the driveway leading to the buildings is like an abandoned warehouse spot doesn’t feel very safe but all in all we had no issues

The rooms are huge, clean and have everything a family needs including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. So you get to enjoy a full apartment with the perks of a hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful which we appreciated very much.

The spa and pool have many rules, for example you are asked to have a robe on even if you wear normal clothes and you just there to supervise the kids. On a hot day it felt steaming. Also there are only 2 elevators used by the staff as well as guests and on some hours you can spend a very long time waiting for an elevator. On the busy hours the breakfast restaurant is really crowded with barely free chair to sit. On early hours however it is very pleasant and has a nice rooftop view.

The apartments are very spacious, the breakfast is really well served with a beautiful restaurant at the last floor with a panoramic view of the city. The spa is very well equipped and the staff in the spa is really nice especially lady call Laura!! Also the gym is great!

One of the things that we got surprise is that they were no facilities for disabled people and for families with trolleys so we have to carry up and down the stairs literally the trolley. I will really not advised this hotel to a disabled person or a family with small babies. A very strange situation happen in the restaurant after we got the bill and we paid, the waitress ask us for an extra 10% on the bill, saying that is for the tips and you are forced to pay them! To sum up, maybe we were a little too requesting but we were not served as we expected, they guarantee they will give us a baby bed at the beginning of our holiday, which we never got and also the Internet in our apartment was not working.

The room I stayed in was clean - that's the main thing. The carpet was replaced, the bedside tables, dishes, chairs and dining table are new (I have something to compare with, I stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time). Special thanks to the staff who cleaned the rooms every day - very neat guys and to the administrators at the reception - issues were resolved promptly.

Breakfasts. For 3 years, every time I've stayed at this hotel - the breakfast is the same every day. It should be more varied!

From start to finish, my stay at the aparthotel was exceptional. The reservations team set the tone for a fantastic experience, ensuring that all my needs were met with efficiency and professionalism. The reception staff were both professional and kind. The housekeeping and breakfast restaurant staff were equally professional and kind. The apartment was large, clean, and well-stocked, offering a comfortable retreat. Every morning, breakfast was a real highlight; for vegetarians, it was an easy experience with hummus and eggplant salad, along with a variety of other fresh and tasty options. Non-vegetarians will also find the breakfast delightful, with all the classic items available, ensuring a satisfying start to the day for everyone. This includes different types of , cold cuts, smoked fish ,eggs, local cheeses, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and all the other elements that make up an excellent breakfast. It was a delicious way to start each day. Additional perks, including a fitness center, pool, and spa, only added to the sense of relaxation and well-being. Overall, the aparthotel offered exceptional service, upscale accommodations, and a delicious vegetarian-friendly breakfast; it was a comfortable and memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and indulgence!

every single time I am at this hotel I use the spa facilités and services and every single time I have the same experience with the spa reception staff. unprofessional, clueless, more focused on watching their phones and talking between each other than attending the clients.
