We loved the location and how easily accessible it was with plenty of parking. The pool had great hours for our young family. We loved the spa being right in the lobby. It was very affordable.

the apartment is very big and it was clean. perfect choice if you have more kids and don't want to share a small hotel room. the pool was nice, clean (but cold) good breakfast

the rooms are outdated the rooms and the bathrooms were really clean, but the living room sofa was disgusting. we put a sheet on top of it just to stay on it. it should be deep cleaned

There’s no lifeguard on duty. We also had to change into swimwear just to enter the swim arena. It would be much safer and more family-friendly if trained lifeguards were present to watch over the children, we wanted to extend the stay but due to restriction we decided to move to other hotel were we can get more freedom so we can enjoy holiday

- friendly and helpful staff - huge apartament with great views - kitchen equipped with accesories - bed mattress in very good condition, comfortable - clean rooms, towels and bed sheets - very good breakfast and coffee - private parking - windows have external night blinds - quick checkin and checkout

- apartament needs technical fixes - door lock missing inside so I can’t lock from the inside at night which means that anyone with a valid card can open the door - windows and terrace door in poor condition - doesn’t cancel much of the outside noise and door needs to be handled carefully to be closed

The apartment was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Lovely staff, check-in was easy. The apartment advertised oven as part of the facilities, but there was no oven in sight, I think this needs to be altered in the facilities description on booking.com. Could do with some bowls. We love the shutters in the bedrooms providing blackout sleeping environment. The breakfast had a good selection, and staff tried their best to keep up with demands. We would recommend going for breakfast earlier as it can get busy later in the morning, especially on the weekend; breakfast serving time was 07:00 - 10:00. The gym was fully equipped and large, although it can get busy at peak times but not an issue to train as there was enough space for everyone. The pool was great with a children's pool, large pool, and a jacuzzi. Children are allowed to stay until 20:00. The spa was lovely except encountering some inconsiderate guests who threw a mound of ice onto the sauna pit even though there were signs explicitly saying not to as it can cause damage. Loved the steam room, relaxation room, ice fountain etc. Do be aware that some people (men usually) decide to use the spa facilities naked. The slippers they provide you are very slippery when wet, so be careful using them, we would recommend bringing your own slippers with good grip. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would highly recommend it!

Spacious room with jacuzzi. Nice view over the city during the evenings. Iron bord available at our convenience. SPA is nice also. Breakfeast can be improved - more pastries/ scrambled eggs/ variety would be nice. The personnel working at reception was very polite and professional - a really good experience.

Elevators are slow - looks like they lag a lot and they get stucked. The handrails are weak and look unstable - do not fit in such a high standards residence. Not very accessible - the entrance has only stairs, so is hard to transport many luggages or be accessed by elderly people. SPA can be busy during evenings.. not much space in the sauna.

The sauna is amazing. If you’re not a hotel guest you can still use the sauna/pool by paying for €35 day pass. The staff there is very helpful and friendly, very responsive to every question/call. For spa /massage you need to book at least 1 week ahead since they were popular and fully booked.

The location is a bit industrial and a 20min walk from the train station although it is easy to use Uber. Dinner at their Sky restaurant was mediocre, i had a steak with peppercorn sauce and the steak was overcooked, the sauce was not great, but breakfast was good.

I booked to have a short weekend getaway with my girlfriend. Staff was super helpful, they did not ask for the deposit, and we could access the spa and room before our checkin time. I liked the fact that it was clean, modern, well taken care of(lots of towels at the spa, cleaned regularly) the pool and saunas were great, cleaned and heated(pool water and area) . Restaurant on the 11th floor had nice views, and the food was good.

The elevator programming was a little annoying, but Schindler is like that. If you are on the 8th floor, someone calls the elevator on the 7th, and then presses 0, you will have to wait for the elevator to complete this trip, it will not come pick you up.

Booking does not like my reviews so I'll do it short: Good value for the money. Big rooms, many levels. Good breakfast. 8 stars for the following reasons.

The spa (I'm pretty sure that it's including the swimming pool but I'm not sure) is not included for most basic rooms. The dining room is located badly with about 8 steps at a top floor. The guard rails are dangerously not connected to the floor - MUST FIX IT. One day a person might fall.
