- beds were comfortable - kitchen had a lot of storage space - full sized fridge

- shower head was spraying water all over - shower door wasn’t closing all the way, so water was seeping all over the floor - shower door didn’t fully open, because it had a storage shelf in the way; if somebody isn’t aware of this matter, the door may hit the shelf and shatter - there was mold in the kitchen sink plug - there was a person logged into Netflix - the stove top had coil whine while idling - a mirror in the hallway could be useful

Functional apartment, very clean, good parking with the possibility for charging your e-car (albeit slow speed), very friendly staff.

Although it should have soundproofing, we heard the neighbours talking/yelling especially when they were in their bathroom. Bed could be softer, but of course it is also a question of preference. Better kitchen knife would be a plus. The first night when the hotel was emptier, it took quite some time to get hot water.

Super friendly staff, great location, free parking and relatively newly refurbished building and appliances in the room.

Although the things are new in the room, there seems to be a slight decay in the level of cleanliness and quality of the room. There were a couple of smells that were rather unpleasant in the hotel reception, hallway, elevator and bathroom( which I can only think it could come from the cleaning solutions)

We really enjoyed our stay in Sibiu at Bach Apartments. The whole building is very clean, our apartment was excellent, conditions likewise. Big fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine made us feel at right at home. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Private parking with CCTV was a must for us and having a couple of large grocery stores nearby as well as a large shopping mall at a 5 minute drive away are a welcome bonus.

I have nothing to complain about. Location is also good, especially when traveling by car, like we did, since getting to the city center by car or public transport is rather quick.

This accommodation exceeded expectations. Everything is new and fresh, designed with function in mind. The apartment felt bigger than it was. The free parking was a great added benefit.

The aparthotel is a bit on the outskirts of the city therefore one needs to walk for about 15 minutes, drive, ride an electric scooter or get a cab. Thankfully, all options are affordable. Despite its location, safety is paramount.

The location has a private parking and an elevator to get to your floor more easily. The apartment was big, clean and comfortable. It also has a big fridge, electric stove and a microwave. There are TVs in both rooms, with coffee, tea and water on the house, with the possibility of getting more for minibar prices. We had some trouble with the online check-in but we called the number on Google Maps and the receptionist helped us directly at the location.

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The owner and all the workers were so polite and professional and friendly. They were always there to answer questions (even the night my husband accidentally locked me out and I had to call) The rooms are exceptionally clean and don’t have that “hotel” feel that you’re staying where someone was prior. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and and so spacious especially if you have little ones! We couldn’t have picked a better place to have our stay and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything.

Good size, good amenities, friendly and helpful staff, quiet. Overall nice place to spend some time in Sibiu. There are a few shops and places to eat close by. It’s close to the train station and there is private parking if you arrive by car.

An excellent place to stay for travelers. The staff is very welcoming and will help you with everything you might need. The apartment is clean, with a modern design, big enough for four people, and the fact that it contains a kitchen is quite advantageous if you want to cook something. As a bonus, it also has a very good ratio price/facilities.

It is a little far from local attractions, but it is negligible if you have a car or rent one.
