The breakfast buffet was better than most. They use "cracked eggs" for the omelettes and the fruit is freshly prepared. The beach is one of the best in St.Lucia. A lot of activities. Family friendly. Nice Italian restaurant on the hill side that is less crowded.

The service can be spotty. Sometimes very good, other times very slow. For the most part, the staff try to provide good service. The TV connection was a little fuzzy. Unless you like walking up/down hills ( actually not bad exercise), they have constant shuttle bus service. They do send an overtly amount of emails to do surveys...which can make it seems they only care about their ratings, as opposed to just doing a genuine good job.

This is an amazing resort. It is set on a beautiful, sandy bay and immaculately designed and furnished. The buildings are all attractively white-washed (in a style reminiscent of the greek islands) and the interiors are all beautifully designed. The reception area, swimming pools and restaurants all have the wow factor and make for epic posing! But the thing that clinched it for me was how friendly all the staff were, it was as though they had all been given a happy pill. I checked- they hadn't they were all just mega friendly.

My only criticism is that the food is bland, not unpleasant but certainly lacking vibrancy.

breakfast was great but the rest of the food was only ok and very expensive. night time entertainment was frankly awful and very loud and disturbing, so we went out for dinner every night, which we were happy to do in principal but we had to take a taxi everywhere which was very expensive also… don’t go into the resort’s supermarket unless you have more money than sense ($6 for a bag of tortilla chips!?) and beware of the service charges applied on to everything! we tipped each morning at breakfast (even though it was included in our booking) and were shocked to discover that a 10% service fee was charged on top of the tips bill we received at the end of the week. a bit of a joke really!

The place is so beautiful and big. . Luckily, I'm athletic, so walking and literally hiking for me is not a big deal.They do offer shuttle service but sometimes they are so busy at the popular times people eat it's hard to get a quick pick up from the service.. as they say patience is a virtue. if you have a hard time walking or poor health, just hang tight, grab a drink, and wait for the shuttle. You may need a refill or two while waiting..The hospitality is wonderful the men are gentlemen you never need to open or close the shuttle door and they make it clear to you that they are there to take care of you.I personally love that..The food is so tasty full of flavor my favorites we're eating lunch and dinner..breakfast is just breakfast soso..They definitely know how to make amazing drinks..yum! I will return.

The beautiful 1-bedroom villa we booked was spacious and very well fitted out. When we arrived, were checked into one low down on hillside with no ocean view and an over-looked terrace, next morning we got moved to the one above which was just perfect, excellent customer service. Breakfasts were a feast, dinners were consistently excellent also. Huge number of sun loungers around beach areas, no problem to find a quiet spot away from young families on the beach front, and set up for a great day chilling in the sun. We had a hire car and did some exploring in area, and took taxi into Rodney Bay for 2 nights out, all very nice.

My wife had to send 2 desserts back, seems they don't put the same attention to detail into those as for the other courses, which is a shame, but that did save my wife a few calories I suppose..... Drink prices are generally too high, 7 USD for a small bottle of beer, or 14 USD for a rum punch, + 10% service on top.

I think most people are worried about the food and it's overall quality. It was great! Excellent meals with a good variety. We loved the Indian buffet night on Saturday and there were vegetarian options as well. All of the waitstaff were friendly and accommodating. My daughter is gluten intolerant and there were options for her also such as GF buns for burgers, and regular GF bread. The beach is beautiful and clean. We were just there last week (in May) and never had a problem getting beach chairs. The grounds of the resort are meticulously groomed all the time. Just beautiful.

Gorgeous location with incredible views and protected bay perfect for enjoying the sea. Villas are private and spacious perfect for a small family. The hillside climb is steep but the shuttle service is frequent, making it easy to get around the property. We enjoyed all the water sports and loved that they were mostly included even though we didn’t opt for the all inclusive package.

Food quality was inconsistent across the different restaurants and several times they were out of things listed on the menu so ask ahead if there is something specific you are hoping to order. The ride from the airport is 90 minutes and a bumpy, twisty ride through the hilly terrain so be prepared if you are prone to car sickness.

Breakfast buffet was wonderful and a good selection offered. Lunch and dinner options need improvement. Value of food is not good. Staff are amazing and facilities and grounds/landscaping is gorgeous. Prompt service and friendly atmosphere.

It was difficult to attend in-house events/exercise programs. Often cancelled. Could improve the app with option to book classes. We never met our ambassador until we requested to meet with them several times. Otherwise the rest of the staff were courteous and wonderful. Hard working!

If your stay is not “all inclusive”, the billing system is complicated. Do NOT sign anything, unless it “charge to the room”. Paid cash at the restaurant and discover that dinner’s charge to the room later (we signed the bill). Was multiple times assured by the waitresses that mimosa is included with the breakfast - was charged at the checkout… The staff is friendly and helpful but they can’t do anything about alcohol charges.
