Great location in Rodney Bay, great bay views toward the Caribbean Sea. Food and beverage was good, although service was quite slow at times when ordering off the menu. Staff was friendly and helpful. Water sports were amazing, and the non-motorized offerings were included if booking the all inclusive.

When booking a mini "excursion" via boat to Pigeon Island, we were approached by someone on the beach who we thought was a Bay Gardens employee. Although we were delivered by boat, the package wasn't what it was advertised to be, and we had to walk back to the property and lost some money in the transaction. Use caution, and only book through BG Motor Sports personnel. Management was sympathetic and gave us a portion of the money back, but there seems to be a wink-wink, nod-nod approach to locals selling their wares on Bay Gardens property.

Breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The thoughtful card and decorations for my nieces birthday were beautiful. The room was clean and beds comfy. Bingo was super cute and fun. The music was nice too

Wish it had been all-inclusive. The price for lunch wasn't so bad. The price for dinner was a bit steep and could've just been a part of an all-inclusive package. Wish there were more local options as well. But seriously, amazing staff and clean property as a whole. Would absolutely return.

The breakfast was good and plenty of variety. Our self catering apartment was a very generous size and well equipped.

We didn't like the incessant loud pool music all day long. It was completely unnecessary and as our room was on ground floor overlooking the pool it spoilt time on our terrace.

Everything was amazing at bay gardens resort we were greeted with drinks the staff was nice friendly and very attentive. The food was very good at the on site restaurant. The jacuzzi was good the bar was great the rooms were clean I have absolutely no complaints! The location was right around the corner from shopping and the Friday street party .. the best resort on the island! Our room was beach front we were able to walk out of our room directly to the beach

Quiet room over looking the garden (on the third floor it had a great view) Even though it was Easter there was plenty room on the beach The beach security staff also set up beds and brollys every day They gave us a late check out till 5m with no probs Free sailing and paddle boards Hiking around with David from the Water sports (at 7.30am!) Very friendly staff throughout

The towels could be a bit better and more than one per person Nothing else, we had a great 10day stay over Easter

People were very friendly from check-in to dining to the spa. The pool and bar area were wonderful to be around, Loved the beach and the security people were friendly and helpful

there wasn't much not to like unless you wanted tennis courts or a golf course on the property. It was not the busiest time of the year so there weren't any ping pong tournaments, but there were karaoke and live entertainers, despite not a busy time of year. The ping pong table was missing the net, but I wasn't in physical condition to play so I didn't inquire further

Location is superb, right at the beach, beautiful sunset views and walking distance from local shops and restaurants. There is also a shuttle that you can hop on to get to the shops and sister hotels nearby, although we didn’t use it (we prefer walking). The staff were excellent, caring and personable. Cocktails were delicious and so was the food. We had breakfast-only as we wanted the liberty to choose a different restaurant each day, but the hotel actually provides vouchers for guests wanting to eat out locally and has arrangements in place with many restaurants in the area. The reception was super helpful with our dinner reservations and recommended some lovely restaurants! The resort has strict COVID rules, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. You can really tell Bay Gardens Beach Resort is a family-run hotel and we felt right at home. It’s not a huge complex, but that what gives it its charm and the personal feel. We had a lovely stay here!

Rooms looked a little bit tired. Although offering up the hotel facilities to the guests of the nearby Bay Gardens sister hotels (and vice versa) is a nice touch, there were days when most of the chairs were taken by guests from these sister hotels, leaving no space for the actual Bay Garden Beach Resort guests (who are paying considerably more for their stay than guests of the sister hotels!) That seemed a bit off to me, maybe the hotel could manage that better.

We had a terrific suite overlooking the ocean. It was fully equipped even with a w/d and decorated in Caribbean colours. Extended stay so moved to poolside ground level to economize. Beach was stellar, long and wide with lots of loungers, pool was large and good temperature. As a timeshare, most had all inclusive so no doubt food was ok but we felt the restaurant was inconsistent and the menu was unimaginative and small. We were glad to go to other beach eateries and into Rodney Bay several times. As this is one of three properties 'Bayside" there is a regular shuttle among them so it is easy to get into the RB village. Regular music entertainment from pan steel drums, piano, to electric sax were great.

The restaurant could have been more inspiring. It was very difficult to extract information from the front desk for folks who like to get about outside of group tours. They seemed oblivious to their surroundings as we thought a day-trip to Martinique by ferry nearby to learn it only went Friday and nearer to Castries. Similarly we wanted a local bus to Soufrieres but only got info on the street in Rodney Bay. Word is resorts push taxis to support them which is laudable, but for travellers who want the local experience, not part of a pack or alone in a cab, they should provide the info as a customer service (very few choose local for $5vs $35US as it is more experiential and rough-shod).

The location was perfect, being right on the beach was everything! The amenities were also really good. The resort itself was beautiful and the rooms were nice.

I wish the food was better. The price was a little steep for what you got. The options were minimal and the taste was mediocre. I was hoping for more island flare. I’m from the islands, so was expecting more. Another thing I wished for was more music, the resort seemed a bit too quiet. There was no music during the day at the pool area or beach, not a lot of music being played in the evenings, just for karaoke n such, but the music was very played out and slow. I would’ve wanted something more lively.

Things that I liked about the property included the location, bar/drinks availability and quality, availability of staff to talk through questions/issues, and the general value that you can get for where you're staying.

My dislikes are minor but definitely impacted the trip. I didn't like the unavailability of an ATM on the premises, no place close to get an outlet adapter (which you need traveling from the US), the hit-or-miss treatment by the staff (some were incredibly nice, others could not be less interested in helping us--mostly an issue for the hotel restaurant), and the minor sewer-y smell in the bathroom.
