The whole resort is focused on pleasure and relax. Immaculately presented and looked after with helpful staff always available. Plenty of different pools, gym, spa, and other facilities to practice several sports, including a massive 60m swimming pool. Quite a few bars and restaurants with high quality food around so you do net get bored (nor disappointed) with food variety. Magnificent Teppanyaki, by the way. Access to outside excursions, cruises, and water sports. Valet parking, if you arrive in your own car.

Bar service at the beach finishes (as the whole day activity does) at six o´clock in the evening. Night activity and entertainment shows are not great at all. The hotel beach is not the best in the Island, but it is fine if one just wishes to dip in and see a bit of wild life.

Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Facilities, entertainment, food, staff, were all very friendly and helpful.

The side light in the bedroom wasnt working. The sliding door for the wc is not practical.

Rooms were large enough and cleaned. Resort was BEAUTIFUL. Staff was Amazing!!! And I Will be back with the Rest of MY FAMILY in 2024.

The staff was amazing 10/10, the food was great (our favorite was actually the buffet because there were so many options and the food was great!), the check-in/check-out was a seamless experience, I’d give the beach a 7/10 only because there were prettier beaches near the pitons. Room service was quick!

They didn’t have pool towels available one of the days we were staying at the resort and it was 10AM; I assume clean towels were not delivered yet. The location was FAR from everything else on the island (pitons, mud baths, mineral baths, chocolate factory, etc.). It takes about 1.5 hours to get to those stated places; that also depends if traffic is bad. The airport is about a 2 hour drive, but there are other options to get to the resort faster; like a helicopter.

This was my first time to St. Lucia and I enjoyed the country very much. The hotel was very nicely laid out. Not far to walk from one end to the next. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Service was very efficient and if you had an issue they addressed it promptly. The buffet offered the most choice and was fresh daily. Pools were clean.

The restaurants lacked flavor. There are nine restaurants and as a standard room holder you get to enter six of them. Armadillo, for texmex extra had very little flavor and very small portions. The Italian location served a 80% pure fat NY strip and dried chicken. All the food felt lack luster except for Zen and the buffet. And the local dish on the food truck. Also there was limited shopping and everything well over priced on the resort, even more pricey then sandals. Also, the non motorized watersports were not free or all inclusive.

Food and experience was exceptional. Great service. Special kudos to Abbigail, Tracy, Kala, Dequan, Victor.

Pool could have been open longer.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. The staff were friendly and fun, there was so much variety in the food and what I had tasted great, from the buffet to the restaurants. The pool and bar options were convenient and lovely! The property is super modern and luxurious and there’s always something to do, loved the inclusion of games as well.

I think there could be an improvement in the watersport options and also a timely open to the bars. Though I only experienced this once, I wasn’t able to get a drink within 30 mins of the bar opening due to internal delays.

The hotel was quite fresh and clean. The room was bright and spacious. The choice of food was ok - delicious. The service was very good. The attractions were many and varied. Overall - liked. A covid test was available and easily bookable at the hotel.

There were some signs of wear in the room, but overall it didn't bother me. The conditioner could not be switched off. When he turned off the air conditioner, he continued to work, so it was cool in the room - even keeping the balcony door open all day. Also, very disturbed evening entertainment / shows. Even with the balcony door closed, it seemed to be in the epicenter of the party. When the shows took place on stage, it was still ok, but when there was a party by the pool - in the middle of the property - it was almost impossible to fall asleep.

The views were great and very modern! We were originally put in a room with 2 beds. Meghan at the front desk was pretty nonchalant about helping us for our honeymoon stay, but the manager Ronald helped us get a new room with a King bed the next day, and offered us a free dinner at Hideaway’s restaurant Dorado. We were even gifted a bottle of champagne, balloons, and a honeymooners banner for our door.

There were a lot of calls to the room. The workers were pretty loud in the morning. It wasn’t ideal for sleeping in. Beds are based on availability but sold on booking based on want. There was a lack of communication between booking and Royalton.

The place is well situated in its own bay nicely furnished rooms ( a few niggles like socket not working ) but majority of staff charming and helpful The main buffet food excellent as was Teppanjaki and Hunters restaurants

Getting past the main gate to get in was tricky ! The Spa not being in action ( no sauna steam room etc ) the food in a few of the other restaurants not great and some of the entertainment was very amateur Several Pools had missing tiles so need a little upgrade
