Breakfast and Dinner is buffet. So everyone should find something to eat. Haven't had Lunch, but I guess its the same. Location is on an hill, 10min from City Center.

Although it's an all inclusive hotel, you need to pay for water. Didnt like that. As you should drink plenty of water at hot temperatures.

Superb food !!! Fantastic staff. Superb entertainment. Nice pools. Nicely located on St. Lucia for excursions.

The hotel is located on a very steep hill. There is a shuttle taking guests to the beach and the town centre/market, but doesn't run on Sundays.

The pools were both lovely and well-laid out, the gardens very pretty. The food was mostly good, especially for buffet-style. The view was beautiful. Most of all, the staff were exceptional, wonderful people, happy, efficient, friendly, helpful - they made it a great stay.

The stairs were extremely slippy when wet (and some bad weather meant they spent quite a lot of time wet). Some of the decor was a little tired. The beds are made very strangely, and the sheets are not quite long enough. The hotel is up some precipitous hills which means it is difficult to go anywhere except by car, and there are no restaurants or other shops, bars etc in the immediate vicinity.

Lovely hotel for a relaxing holiday with great views over the surrounding area, very clean throughout and lovely spacious bedroom with comfy bed. The staff were all helpful and the food in the buffet restaurant and by the pool was excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great free shuttle service in to town and the beach.

The food is amazing, everyday fresh cooked food , 3 times a day all you can eat, 3 restaurants to choose from, and bars and a self serving bar. There are 2 big pools and a roof top bar, activities including yoga, aerobics, a gym. There is also a beautiful view of the sea and the island , the hotel is very clean and modern with air conditioning, the staff are polite professional and friendly, I’m from the Uk and I felt so welcomed and included- beautiful hotel just stunning and it great value for money, also there is free transport to the city town and beach

My only issue was the fact the hotel is on a very steep hill. This can’t be changed obviously and this has nothing to do with the hotel, it’s just I wanted to go for walks but I couldn’t manage such a steep hill. Thank god they have free transportation to get you up and down that hill.

Bel Jou was made for us by the staff, who were consistently helpful, smart and kind. The food in the buffet was authentic and changed regularly and we found it nutritious, balanced and fun. The Wifi was excellent. Castries is an excellent location for the north of the island. The hotel gardens are beautiful. The hotel entertainments were good. The gym is very good for running weights and floor space.

The pool areas aren't enormous when the hotel is busy; the all-inclusive drinks didn't include water outside meals so we payed for water rather than drink excellent beer. The hotel is on a hill above Castries so the hotel bus runs you to town or to the beach, but doesn't run every day. It isn't far to walk but it is hot and steep! Predominantly serves a mature English crowd.

It was totally an amazing 👏 experience ❤️. I have been to many hotels around the world 🌎. Bel Jou will never ever be forgotten. In fact, my next trip, St Lucia 🇱🇨 which is yearly, will be Bel Jou. Really, there is nothing not to like.

the whole resort is lovely. staff were beyond excellent and the residents were lovely too. plenty of stuff going on, and staff were more than happy to help book excursions and taxis etc. it is however probably slightly quieter than some other larger resorts (if you’re looking for that kind of thing) but that’s what I enjoyed about it

it is on a very steep hill into Castries and to the beach so didn’t feel comfortable walking it. Although there’s a shuttle most days it doesn’t run on Sundays so something to be aware of while planning days.

The choices were top notch. Everything was always fresh.

It was truly a very pleasurable experience.
