The entertainment and the resort were awesome! Beach was well kept, staff did a great job combating the seaweed build up. Didn't feel cramped plenty of space when in the pools. Water slides were awesome, I could see them expanding that area more. We stayed on the harmony side this time but if we ever traveled there with our kids I think it would be just as great!

The buffet food was just ok, could be warmer and more options. Security stopped us from walking the beach at night and didn't really provide an explanation for why. Some of the staff seemed cold, felt a lack of just friendly smiles in passing. Biggest issue were the lack of outlets near the bed, could use outlets on or near the nigh stands on both sides of the bed.

Everything about the resort was absolutely amazing, ESPECIALLY the staff and checking process! The resort was beautiful! My room location in the harmony side ADULTs had the most spectacular views at sunrise and sunset of the ocean I true Oceanview!. The entertainment special nights were wonderful with our last night ending with a night pool party the BEST!! Several restaurants to choose from, however I would say the big entertainment nights had the best food selection! The rum and rhythm festival. Plus close to the airport, because after a long flight who wants to drive a long time to the resot I would to say a special thanks to these amazing staff also the walk along the beach there's additional bar hut with hammocks . The only thing I did not like was not having room service considering it's a all inclusive resort ( however food was available until 1am), and the elevator breaking several times,.. but those things did not stop me from having the best time at coconut bay

Location is great if you trade the windier Atlantic side rather than the 1.5hrs+ transfer by road to the north and the caribbean beaches/sea - Cocktail in hand within 5 mins of getting into taxi at airport though Accommodation was fine/clean - lots of space especially storage. Outdoor patio area was fine too. There are some areas in resort that could be tidied up but this shouldnt detract from stay. Gardens are nice Complex is huge - spreading along the beach - so can walk 1km up to water sport centre Pools and lazy river etc are good - nice to have couple large pools - nice to not have to take a towel on hols Breakfast was good - omelette and smoothie stations were v good. Food all round at the buffet totally served us well - with my wife not into Caribbean food it left only 2 restaurants to use Tons of Rum cocktails :) Beach immediately in resort was being maintained with sand being dumped on it by truck/jcb on a few days so bit noisy if wanted peace but they need to do it at present (+seaweed removal) - When we went the seaweed was ok only a scattering along the km long beach - just loads more around the harmony adults pool end - Walk along the beach past the pools - nice and quiet All in all we had a good/v good time for a 10 day break - i wanted a 9/10 and reckon got a 8/8+

One challenge is getting booked into restaurants and having to queue to sort the bookings then find have to wait a few days. Not all events ran due to lack of guests i suspect (not hotel's fault) Vendors on the beach immediately down the pool steps - they say hello and try to entice you (they are probably desperate when its quiet) but id rather not see any of that Few things id prefer to be better - waiting a long time for food at snack bar by pool, coffee station the coffee was luke warm, shower runs a bit hot/cold, the cocktail menu in lobby bar was kept behind the bar, so had to keep asking for it, few areas have some older derelict bits an pieces lying around, distance of watersport centre up beach probably means not so many people wander up there Small things that can add up

I loved the beach. At first i was nervous that its so close to the airport but turns out there are only like 5 flights per day and all in late afternoon. So it was quiet most of the time. The beach is beautiful. Lots of palm trees, beach shack with a bar, bathrooms , hammocks and beach chairs with umbrellas. The environment is very natural. There’s no development in signt so it feels very tranquil. The pools were fun too, one with a swim up bar and the other for sports. The food at this resort was amazing!! They make such good meat!!! The western might boogie night was hilarious. Country music in the Caribbean?! It worked amazingly!

The service was so-so. It was slow which i guess is the point when you come to the Caribbean to slow down. However, i had to pour my own water at the dining hall so to me that was just ridiculously slow. Also, the fan in our room was broken and the fridge was soooo loud i had to uplug it. All of the rooms are ocean view, which means that if you’re not a fan of late night entertainment you will get annoyed because its loud until at least 10pm/11pm every night. I don’t know how families with babies did it! I went to sleep with earplugs :-) luckily my 6 year daughter is a night owl.

A change in circumstances meant we needed to find a hotel for 2 nights, so we looked close to the airport and managed to find the Lovely coconut Bay. Rooms are fine, nothing special but they do a job. The food was plentiful and so much of it, literally non stop food and drink options - staff really kind too!

Pools were sooo busy! If you werent that early enough, you had to sit away from the main pool - the seats in the shade went first. It was VERY loud too - very family focused - which is no bad thing - but just something to be mindful of

10 min from airport, great location for families of small children who don't want to travel 2 hours from airport to resort. Plenty of great things to do with the kids

BEWARE of booking.com that will book you in a room with a queen and 2 doubles, It does not exist on the resort! Also too much seaweed, you won't be able to swimming the ocean

the entertainment was just ok, would be nice to have more games, including board games, indoor pool tables (we only saw one and never got to play) ping pong (all tables were outside), basketball court should be fixed up and more good balls are needed, shuffle board and bocce could be added

Food selection and quality good. Staff friendly. Music and activities were good like carribean night, country western night, and music in lobby.

Could not use the beach at all due to sargasam and rough seas on Atlantic side. Facilities need updating. Our closet ceiling was falling in likely due to an A/C leak. Do not recommend using Honeymoon registry services. Resort profited from our wedding gifts with a high charge rate to collect the money and simply apply credit on our account. Lastly property nor booking.com did not provide receipt of our mid payment made. Resort did not have a record of it on their end and almost charged me again. Luckily I took a copy of the credit card stmt showing the payment.

All meals were amazing ! Far exceeded anything we could have imagined from the food to the facility.

We were beyond pleased with everything. Looking forward to returning very soon.

The staff were outstanding. So friendly and kind. The food was great, especially the jerk chicken. So many options available throughout the day and night. Great Entertainment day and night. Paradise beach (and the bar) were incredible. Tyron the barman is excellent. We hired one of the cabanas for a few days in a row on the beach, which comes with the most amazing butler called Joel, who works so hard to ensure your day is perfect. We took advantage of the rental of snorkelling equipment and paddle boards that are included in your package. Dania in the guest services team was so helpful in organising anything we needed. We paid for the land and sea day trip. We organised this with the adventure team at the hotel. I would highly recommend it. We stayed in the splash side, with our daughter. Her grandparents stayed in the harmony side, which gave them the opportunity to have some kid free time in the adult only pools etc.

The splash rooms have bathrooms that are old and in need of renovation. My parent’s room in the harmony side had already undergone a renovation so hopefully the hotel will get round to this soon.
