I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Double Tree by Hilton. The service provided by Ms. Maria was exceptional and truly enhanced my experience. shower should be more high, i had to duck myself to go under. breakfast had many things to choose but quality should be a bit better in terms of quality (not bad anyhow)

Location is perfect near to Dhahran Mall parking lots are good even outside of hotel room space was good along with sofa which help for 1 kid Swimming Pool water was warm and this was really nice Complementary Arabic Coffee in the lobby is the best

while using shower the whole bathroom will be flooded by water even you close the glass door due to wrong slop of drainage furniture need renovation No bell man at the time of check in 3 Am

the reception staff Mona was amazing. she helped us get the best rooms for the best prices and made us extremely comfortable the entire stay. we ended up choosing the hotel because of her help.

the bathroom flush was difficult and the door was hard to close in room 212. otherwise everything was good!

The location. The breakfast area. The food there and services especially by Carl de Chavez. He was very friendly and attentive not only to us but to other guests who are eating there. Thanks.

Location. Bed. Closed car park WITH shade. It's a very smart hotel and I think it had been properly cleaned. The decor was nice. I didn't use any of the facilities; just there for a clean comfortable bed which it was. So close to Dhahran Mall. There is a mini supermarket just opposite the hotel, which was handy.

I booked for two, but there was only one of everything - one towel, slippers etc. At **** I shouldn't really have to ask for an extra set, but that is a very small criticism. One other minor warning - there is a notice in the bathroom saying the hot water may take a few minutes to get to the room... it doesn't take that long, but there is a time lag. These are two very small gripes in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Everything was well organised and well established and very nice buffet presentation (open the apitite to eat :))

The food very bad . I ordered mixed fruit juice ,the taste was mixed with onions :( the chicken in pasta is so hard to swallow and not cooked well , the carpet and the sofa the are dirty , I’m so wonder , 4 stars hotel doesn’t have carpet cleaner the red stain on beige carpet very clear !!!! The lights at the room was not working. The room was dark and I came there for work, I couldn’t do my work without good light !!!

I appreciate the welcoming attitude of the all the lady staff in the reception area. They sure know how to welcome the guest...very polite, good english and helpful.
