Intercontinental is excellent every where and i try it but n four different countries same quality beautiful service as always Its a decent hotel and i really enjoyed my experience in al khobar Staff was very nice food was perfect the best breakfast so far in KSA I will give it 9.2/10 Regards

Executive lounge personnel, cleanliness of the premises and the rooms, WiFi, very good breakfasts, perfect location, good staff!

Swimming pool - it is setup in a way that is not practical to use (surrounded on all sides by the tables with shisha smokers).

the amazing staff everyone I met in my way in or out was exceptional! specially the front desk worker they were beyond hospitality i really consider this experience as the best ever in all hotels i ever visited around the global i would give a warm regards to the girl with the glasses at the reception wishing you all the best. janitor, security workers, cleaners all were so much professional at the highest level.

the rooms were having a window to the whole pathway which decreases privacy in some point but I really didn’t feel uncomfortable for a second

Swimming pool needs renovation to be up with 5 star safety and quality standard… We expected dinner buffet for half board reservation but the hotel offered a set menu that takes long time to be served…

breakfast was good but needed a touch in taste. i feel the food not being tasted after being made. specially india dosa. the chutneys were very bad in taste. i enjoyed the omlete it was good. cheese crossaint was dry and old.

the best and most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I never wanted to leave! staff were friendly and kind.

Only one person working at spa. when he’s performing massage or on lunch - nobody is there to give towels or switch on the steam/sauna. really poor service here

Staff Facility, room size, clean, Staff, duty manager (Mr. Hasan) made me an upgrade once he knew that it was my first time to stay at their hotel, Front desk employee (Miss. Nouf) was so friendly and helpful. the room size is much bigger than my expectations.

I loved how clean everything is in the hotel, the service for the price is amazing. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of varieties. The beds are comfy and big. And there is no noise in the hallway. Will book again gor sure

Amazing hospitality, specially the ladies Nouf, Asma & Ahlam in the reception and concierge respectively. Delicious food in the breakfast. Awesome recreation service for the cafe & lounge which is open 24/7. Very well organized room and its facilities.

The location is perfect, the room is large and the bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous, various, healthy and good. Well, it is a good hotel.

Room service takes way too much time! the staff on the rooftop bar is ok, even if they can't remember a simple order. The rooftop bar is not really part of the hotel so you can't charge to your room and they don't take Amex card.
