Everything was amazing. Hotel was spotless and very close to all shops, resturants and the bawadi street with great malls and shopping centres. Hotel room was so nice and felt like home. Instead of renting one or two rooms elsewhere this hotel beats them all as it has its own living room and kitchen. Very good with children as you have more space for them to run around unlike a one bedroom. It also has a TV. Staff were amazing and helpful. They made us feel very welcomed and made our stay very smooth with 0 issues. Thankyou so much i will never consider going anywhere else

I cant fault anything. Everything was high standard.

The location is good. easy access to the main road. Easy to get cab. The lift is comfortable and clean. the room is well maintained and the AC is superb both the room and lounge. the staffs are helpful .

The kitchen plates are unbreakable plastic and the WIFi isn't that strong inside the bed room unless you come into the living room. The Tv is only Arabic which is difficult to navigate if you don't know Arabic

excellent location. did not have breakfast due to hospital visit fasting requirements. Pleasantly surprised by the overall look and cleanliness of the place. Room was of decent size , living kitchen facilities were adequate for a short visit. All amenities were new and very clean.

i could not change the AC temperature . Room was a bit too cold for my liking . Very steep to park the car underground.

There are many cafes and restaurants around (mostly fast food though but it's everywhere in Saudi). There's even a pharmacy, a grocery store and clothing store. The Aircon is very fast to cool down the place. Staff is very nice. Bed is firm but comfortable

Find the place based on the photo, it's 2 streets away from where Google map indicates. The English name isn't written on it so just ask a local store. It's around SAR30-35 from the old town, and traffic can be quite heavy. Location is ok but not the best if you're only concentrating on the old town

Good services. Clean. Adequate size for a family. Good internet speed. Reception and staff were excellent.

Location, it's a bit far from major attractions (most of my midtown trips took from 25-30 mins and increases during rush hours and weekends, but if you don't mind the traffic and the distance, I'd consider it a very good and reliable option.

Hot water and pressure were amazing. Location is great with restaurants in walking distance. Catching a taxi is very easy.

Only 2 towels for a family of 6? Air conditioner LED can't be shut off at night. It cancels out the effect of the black out curtains.

You have to ask to clean your room every time

Clean and spacious rooms. Kitchen appliances. Bathroom is spacious and neat. AC's are new and cold.

Parking space is quite challenging.

Nice location, good parking, well maintained nevertheless furniture could have been more comfortable.

Kitchenette is not well equipped. Elevator to the basement (parking) is not functioning.

Location is amazing where you can find whatever you need near by the hotel All kind of restaurants, cafeteria and groceries are near to hotel

Traffic, hotel has 2 branch and they did not mentioned that and once you book and drive to hotel with Google maps assistance they surprised you that this booking is with other branch 🙄
