We loved the environment the hotel had created . Delicious food. Chef roaming in the dinning area totally dotting on guests. Welcoming , helpful staff. Special menu & Thursday gatherings. It was just lovely.

I think they should work on the pool & gym area.... Make the pool a little private.

On September 24th, at 11:30 pm, a strange situation happened to us with the night receptionist. My wife was standing to inquire about a certain issue and he was busy with another customer and was answering another customer but did not pay attention to her at all. This behavior bothered her and she called him from the room and told him about his behavior. His response was truly a shock to us. He said that his religion and upbringing prevented him from looking at a woman. I went down to him and I was angry with him and I confronted him with what he said and he apologized and said that he was an employee under training and did not have experience. I do not think that I will book at this hotel again.

The hotel is relatively new, neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Parking spaces available and overall it is comfortable. The location is close to the sea front (walking distance) and many restaurants are close by.

Overall the hotel stay was excellent. However, the staff should stop asking the guests repeatedly if they need anything. After checking in, they sent a staff to my room and rang the bill multiple times, taking me out of the shower, just to ask me if I need anything! Later, they called twice and send messages. At breakfast, I was asked three times, while eating, if the food was good. This comes to the level of harassment. This has to be stopped.

Perfect location close to the area we needed to frequent daily to take care of some matters, both personal and business. The two bedroom executive suite was roomy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable for my sister, our elderly mother and I to spend a few weeks in. The staff were all very gracious and accommodating and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to use as our home for a few weeks away from our far-away homes. Thank you we will stay here again.

Day shift (Girls) are so cooperative and helpful as well as respectful, in fact, they are letting all outside deliveries to be handeled by the bell boy with no issue.

However, the evening/night shift boys shift are so rude and arrogant and have a bad customer service, regardless of your length of stay they are very lazy+ saying random rules that are not there in day shift !!! except for one man sounds like (Jeddawi voice) he was fine and cooperative. Breakfast dinning area is very basic and the food not tasty as well. Seriously, Somerset management the night shift is a very bad impression to your hotel no matter what are the rules, there are (Proffissional) ways to do it, specially for those who are used to 5 stars hotels and wanted to try your 5 points (4 stars) hotel!!

Everything in this hotel was outstanding! The room, location, parking, facilities and staff were great. There is indoor and outdoor playground. Overall very very clean and fulfill your needs and even more! The air condition was cold so it is wise to set the temperature at 26*C. The price is a little high and I hope they review the prices so I can book in this hotel whenever I come to Alkhobar.

The only issue we faced was the drainage of the shower was full of hair and awful. However, they immediately cleaned it thoroughly and was fine. The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t take it.

We were a family of four and stayed at this hotel for less than 24 hrs but it was a pleasant stay overall. Excellent location, very clean hotel, wonderful aroma everywhere in the hotel, spacious lobby & rooms, good beds, pillows, duvets and seating facilities. Excellent parking, fast elevators. We booked a 2 bedroom executive suite which had lots of space to relax. A large living room, a dining area and a kitchenette with a wonderful refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, a dish washer, a kettle and toaster. Bedrooms furnished in a modern manner with good quality stuff. Bathrooms had good fitting. Good towels.

Toiletries and kitchenware were deficient and not accordingly for four ppl and we had to ask for it. Breakfast was not included even though the price I paid was quite high for one day and otherwise was expensive per head .

What an absolute gem this place is. I ended up extending my stay for an extra few weeks due to work, and found my stay to be comfortable, convenient and most of all - enjoyable. The staff are absolutely first-rate - very helpful and polite. Special thanks goes out to the reservation manager Mr Hasan who helped extend my stay. The housekeeping staff were phenomenal too, they were rapid and thorough and the amenities in the apartment, such as the microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer were new machines and were perfect.

A couple of very minor niggles with the AC unit and fridge/freezer bleeping/cooling issues but Mr Rizwan and Mr Mohammed Afros were so swift and professional in helping to resolve the issues.

Great room - everything is thought out down to the small details. Very clean. Quiet and comfy bedroom. Great view on upper floors. Staff is friendly and very responsive. Convenient underground parking.

Wi-Fi could be better. Also there is a risk of being disturbed by a noisy neigbours in an adjacent room, since there is a locked door between adjacent rooms which is not soundproof.
